  Quick and easy paperwork. The representative in Chestertown MD was very courteous and picked me up at the body shop and took me to his office to complete the transaction. When my car repair was finished, I simply had to leave it at the repair shop for pick up. Very convenient! Highly recommend!

  Reserved & paid an upgraded fee for a much needed minivan. Received a Jeep Wrangler instead (told no minivans were available anywhere in our area.)

  There are no regular Enterprise sign visible from the street. Good luck finding it
