  Great new office and location in Chestertown. The staff is respectful, understanding, and caring and devoted to the many hats they wear there, and their customers. Monay is a gem, and both she and Jason need to be cloned. There is a third employee I need to come back and mention as I had a small prob and he got Monay on the line to fix it. I used this company as part of my car insurance coverage and for personal use. Get quotes in writing and ask for a phone number for that particular location if you don't like 1000 menu choices. The cars are clean and good looking, I will recommend this location and return to rent in the future.

  My entire 2 week experience of having an Enterprise rental car was excellent. The car was great. The staff was professional and knowledgeable, and very prompt in responding to my questions.

  I received the rental dirty on the outside and inside and 4 miles to E. This was the first time I’ve ever received a rental in this condition.

  Tiny satellite office but convenient to marinas. Easy pick up and drop off but only on WEEKDAYS!!
