- JWJ W3 days ago1.0Was advised by my rental company that Mr. tire would be able to do a routine oil change. Called and made an appt., while on the phone I asked for how long I should expect to wait 45min-hr. Called about 2hrs later only to be told 6:00pm??! So I was polite and mentioned had I known it would be that long I would have made other arrangments. Gentleman on the phone was not pleasant and ranted “well it is columbus day mam and I cant give you a time when it’s done, blahblahblah, you got other cars in que in front of you!” Well geesh I AM sorry sir, had I ld known. I will use a different location in the near future.
- DBDavid B.5 days ago3.0Very rude over the phone employee acted like I was being an inconvenience when I called to get one tire said I can only get set of four.
- TWTyler WaldmanSep 28, 20265.0Friendly, efficient and affordable. Took care of me after I suffered a blowout on the Bay Bridge.
- CMCaroline MahoneySep 26, 20261.0Went to a different place to get my oil changed and found out they zip tied my oil pan shield back up pretty shitty. Also told me I need all this stuff done when in reality my car was totally fine
- TAThe Baltimore AnglerSep 13, 20265.0Mr. Tire went above and beyond! Not only did they take really great care of me, I didn’t feel like they were taking advantage of me, and they actually brought me out to the garage to show me the issue. They also discovered what the last garage failed to catch. Mr Tire has my business solely from now on! Stuart and Darnell went above and beyond and I thank all of you so much!
