  This is arguably the worst car rental when it comes to customer service. They are nearly impossible to reach by phone, unreliable, and lack available vehicles—plus, their rental cars are dirty, because they are not washing them. I was promised a car for Monday, but even after waiting two days, I still couldn't get one. If you need a rental car try Annapolis locations.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I made this reservation over **six months in advance** and didn't just assume everything was fine—I proactively called and confirmed it **five separate times**, including **three times within the two weeks before my pickup date**, because I wanted to be absolutely certain the vehicle would be available. Despite all of those confirmations, I showed up on the day of my reservation only to be told they didn't have my vehicle. Apparently, a reservation means absolutely nothing at this location. What happened next was even worse. No one took ownership of the problem. They didn't offer a comparable replacement, didn't help locate another Enterprise, didn't provide a solution, and didn't even return my calls after saying they would. I was completely left on my own while trying to start a trip that had been planned for months. Because Enterprise failed to honor a reservation I had held for over six months, I had no choice but to scramble and rent from National at the last minute. Ironically, National did what Enterprise couldn't—they had a vehicle ready and treated me like a customer. What's the point of making a reservation six months in advance and confirming it five times if Enterprise isn't going to honor it? The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service was unacceptable. I will never rent from this Enterprise location again, and I would strongly encourage anyone with important travel plans to consider another rental company. If they can't fulfill a reservation that was booked and confirmed this far in advance, you simply can't rely on them.

  Excellent service and the employees were friendly, professional, and very accommadating. I had a car quickly. It was clean and in good condition. I would definitely recommend Enterprise.
