  Got me back on the road before I could even really miss the car. They have a very communicative and punctual team and from going inside everyone seemed to like their jobs. As much as one can at least. Been a few days on the road and nothing is amiss. Will be returning for any future work needed!

  Be carful with this place, they charged me almost $200 for a diagnostic! Brought in my car for a transmission fluid drain and fill. Told me it would be about $250-300. Then they called a few hours later and told me they couldn’t change the fluid because there was rusty bracket on my frame, and continued to charge $180 for looking at it. I’m still confused what a rusty bracket has to do with changing fluid. I understand there will be a charge but $180 just to give it back exactly the same? When I asked why it was so much they told me it should actually be more and I’m getting a good deal! I really wanted to like this place… And basically accused me of lying about the issue like I was trying to get over on them or something.

  Friendly and fast Quility service. Very professional customer service care. Highly recommend them. From pulling up to walking in the facilities to giving them what the issue I was having with my car to waiting in the waiting area which was clear and clean and didn’t smell of auto work being performed. Definitely returning to get other services completed. And very affordable.

  I am a Fleet manager of a HVAC company. I had some bad experiences with other local service centers close to me. I looked at the a list of approved service centers on my fleet list. I gave Caton Auto Clinic a chance and never looked back. Everyone is very nice to deal with. JJ and Jen answering the phones to the employees who drop off or pick up the vehicles. I highly recommend Caton Auto Clinic. Keep up the great service

  I have been using Caton Auto Clinic for several years now. This week, I thought I ran over something and my car started making a loud sound. I took it in and they looked it over and found it was an issue with a bolt on my exhaust. I also had three tire pressure sensors that failed. JJ was very communicative throughout the process and he sent me a quote for the repairs needed. They had my car ready the next day by 11am. I will continue to use them for my future car repair needs. Excellent customer service and workmanship!
