    I’ve been to Caton Auto Clinic several times before. I feel they are honest and trustworthy with the care of my vehicle. Prices are a little high but I would still recommend them to my family and friends.

    I’ve been taking my cars to Caton Auto for service for 40 years. The customer facing Service Team has always been Outstanding, personable, friendly, considerate, and knowledgeable. The Service technicians have also been Consistently professional, knowledgeable, and good mechanics over the years. The organization has always been about honesty, integrity, personal relationships and getting your car serviced properly at reasonable prices and not trying to sell you more service than you need at the time. This is how the family has run the business since I started coming to Caton Auto in 1986. It started with Kenny, who took over for his dad, and Kenny has passed it down through his family, who currently run Caton Auto. I will continue to be a customer and I continue to refer people to Caton Auto for vehicle service.

    I’ve always experienced great service from the staff at Caton Auto. I let them know what my budget is and they help accommodate me and let me know which jobs are priority and which can wait and for about how long. They provide a ride home and pick me up when my vehicle is ready and keep me updated on the status. I love going here.

    I recently had my 2000 Z3 serviced at Caton Auto Clinic and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. It was my first time using their shop after receiving a recommendation from a friend and they absolutely lived up to that recommendation. My vehicle had failed its emissions inspection, and I was concerned about what repairs might be needed. After performing a thorough diagnostic inspection the team clearly explained the issue, provided excellent advice and completed the necessary repairs. I appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and the confidence they inspired throughout the process. I trusted their recommendations and the final repair cost was very reasonable and within my budget. One of the most valuable services they offer is their pick-up and drop-off service, which was incredibly convenient and made the entire process stress-free. My Z3 passed its emissions retest with flying colors! I highly recommend Caton Auto Clinic to anyone looking for trustworthy, knowledgeable, and customer focused automotive service. They have definitely earned my future business.

    Avoid this place, especially if you have a breakdown. Hefty evaluation fees combined with nasty, belittling communication is the name of the game here. If you try to call to check on diagnoses or an explanation of fees, they will avoid you, or pass you over to the newbie unfamiliar with your case. You will receive invoices with additional evaluation fees and non-essentials tucked in that are not explained that you must carefully reject online. I worked with Deana, who was exceptionally rude shouting across the office at me rather than walking over to have a calm convo. Reminding me multiple times that I did not have an appointment, and that I should have made one, even though I had a breakdown and towed there. Sadly I wanted them to help me with a few other issues, but before committing to any work, evaluation fees would pile up without explanation and would not go towards any service rendered, so I will be searching for alternate, more communicative and personable shop for future work. They did replace my radiator in a short timeframe for $1,511, but I would've happily spent more at another shop to avoid having met Deana.
