    When I got to the store, I was going to buy a lower control arm for my truck. The girl took forever to find it, about ten minutes just looking for the part. She kept asking me for the same information over and over again. When she finally found the part number, she said they had it in stock. She brought the part, scanned it, and showed it to me. At first it looked fine, but then I noticed the bag was torn. I looked closer and the part was damaged, like someone had already returned it. It was covered in dust and everything. By the time we noticed that, I had already paid her three hundred dollars. The part was supposed to be two hundred seventy, so they owed me thirty dollars in change. They never gave me the change. When we saw the part was bad, they said I had to go through the whole return process to get my money back. They acted like they only needed to give me the two hundred seventy back, like they were ignoring the thirty. The guy there realized I noticed how weird he was acting, and then he finally gave me my money back. But honestly, that store feels off. They act strange, like they could try to rip you off.

    I was having car trouble that I had my car previously checked for. What was not resolved by the auto shop which I paid a hefty service fee for was by the KIND, POLITE WONDERFUL MANAGER JD. HE IS AWESOME. As women we are often taken advantage of in the car repair industry. This site I highly recommend for everyone. Great prices, expertise and service. JD went above and beyond to provide great personable service.
