  I had my windshield replaced at the Capitol Heights location on my vwhicle on August 31sr, through my Insurance due to a rock cracked it, Donnell was the technician assigned to my car, he was very pleasant and professional, he kept me informed and updated me on the process until completed, as promised my vehicle was ready in 3 hours and he explained the dos and donts. I definitely recommend this business/location to customers that need vehicle glass service.

  Disappointing experience with Safelite due to poor communication, a lack of basic cleanup, and an unprofessional handoff. If you drive a Tesla, be prepared for the calibration process to take the entire day, but do not expect the staff to keep you updated. I was not informed about the actual pickup timeline until just 15 minutes before closing right as everyone was preparing to leave for the day, which caused a massive scramble to get back before they locked up. While someone ultimately waited for me to arrive, it felt entirely like an inconvenience for them. The interaction consisted of handing me a sheet of paper and a quick goodbye with no exit walkthrough, just a hurried warning not to wash the car for 48 hours. By the time I could properly look over my vehicle, the shop was already locked up and gone, and I discovered adhesive debris left behind along with a stain on my white interior seats. I expected a much higher standard of customer service, cleanliness, and organization, and I hope management addresses these issues moving forward.

  I was very pleased with the availability to replace my windshield. I arrived and was taken care of and sent on my way without a hitch. My tech was professional, expedient, and informative. My windshield has been replaced and my Red Diamond (my vehicle) is looking as beautiful as ever!

  Windshield for Mercedez. Geico lead me to this company. Service completed less than 24hrs after I reported to Geico. I know not much about cars, I just drive. They just gave me the price. Only after the fact that I realized that they should have given me the options: Cheap or Original. My choice would have been the original since it will be covered by insurance. Original one had Mercedez Marking with the shade on top portion. The replacement looks like a cheap brand with no shade on top. The beneficiary of this is Geico since it costed me less than the deductible. The installer also informed me to give him a call if there is any question. I called 3 times. He never answered and no voice mail. TOTALLY UNHAPPY MY CAR IS NO LONGER A MERCEDEZ

  Service technician replaced my front windshield on my Ford Escape. During the process of reattaching my rear-view mirror it became broken. The technician told me it would have to ordered and that he would return on Monday to replace the broken m mirror. He never returned and I got no follow up from Safelite. To make matter worse, unbeknownst to me, the technician lowered the rear window of my car while he was working on the front window. It was hot, I understand. However, he never returned the window to closed and I just found this out after it stormed. Looking outside, I noticed the window opened. The car is soaked inside now. And I don't have a safe car to drive because I have no rear view mirror. I should have just left the window cracked. I'm livid over this whole experience.
