  Great service! Thanks Anthony and team for making g my day! I knew that I needed brake work but was unaware of the other service you informed me of. Thanks also for waiting for me to arrive for pickup even though I was a little late due to the rain and rush hour. But

  Yesterday I called the Capital Heights Good Year to see if appointments for brake service was availabke for today and it was. When I arrived staff were ready to welcome me in and get started. I had a busy day planned with my family member having to go to the hospital for treatment. I dropped the car off and was told that I would be advised of the status. An hour or so later, I received the call and approved the recommended service which included things I was not even aware I needed (lightbulbs, wipers, etc,) By 4;30 the car was ready! However, the hospital was an hour or so away from where I was and it was a rainy day and the middle of rush hour in the DMV. I told Anthony that I likely would not be there by 6 but Anthony graciously told me that he would wait for me to arrival and I was so grateful for his understanding! He didn’t have to do so. No more sweaky breaks and due to the new wipers I can see better! Great service! Thank you Anthony and team!!

  I had a great experience working with Justin Dyson. He was professional, efficient, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was handled the right way. Getting a tire repaired can sometimes be stressful or time-consuming, but Justin made the entire process quick and seamless. He took the time to clearly explain what was needed, got the repair done promptly, and made sure I was comfortable and confident before I left. It’s not often you come across someone who combines strong technical skills with excellent customer service, but Justin definitely does. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention he provided and would highly recommend him to anyone needing tire service. Thank you again for making what could have been a hassle such an easy experience!
