  I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received at this Enterprise location. My experience with Assistant Manager Shaqueil Hanson was unprofessional, insensitive, and completely lacking in empathy. During a very stressful situation, my elderly relative became visibly upset and was crying due to the circumstances surrounding our rental experience. Rather than showing compassion, understanding, or attempting to de-escalate the situation, Mr. Hanson displayed rude behavior and a lack of concern for our concerns. To make matters worse, the vehicle we were provided was dirty upon pickup, and we were informed that there were no alternative vehicles available. As paying customers, we expect clean, properly maintained vehicles and respectful customer service. Unfortunately, we received neither. This entire experience was unacceptable and does not reflect the level of professionalism that customers should expect from Enterprise. I would greatly appreciate having the Branch Manager and Area Manager contact me at their earliest convenience to discuss this matter and address the concerns raised by this incident. I hope Enterprise takes this complaint seriously and works to improve both customer service standards and vehicle quality at this location.

  Keeping it a buck, I was going to give this location 1 star. Pretty drastic swing 1-5 but I'll explain. On the pickup, I waited 30 minutes to get my car despite being the first customer in the door. Then on the drop-off, I ask young-worker-shuttle-bro if I could get a free shuttle to my place 5 minutes away. He told me sure. I walk in, go to drop off my stuff and Miss Manager is big mad I told her I need shuttle because it ended at 4:30p. I just spoke to lil bro, he didn't say nothing like that. Either way, OG 30 minutes late guy jumps in off the top rope, redeems himself and says he will drive me. Gets Lil Brah to drive me. All in all, not bad - like a bit of drama, myself. Well played, might even rent again - but they do require a lot more information (car insurance policy statement, etc.) than an airport rental car... jeeeesh. Actually, 4 star.

  The staff was very professional from start to finish. Made the entire experience very smooth. They put the “service” back in customer service which is very rare these days. Kudo’s!
