He reserved a car a head of time and was not able to get it when he arrived. The lady was inconsiderate and was only worried about closing despite me already having a reservation. So now he is without a vehicle and not able to attend his meeting. So I really doubt yall care about customer service 5/7/26

Always professional, friendly, and strives to quickly get me into a vehicle. I have used them for a couple of years, and will continue to use them for my short-term car rental needs. Side bar: one day I witnessed an Enterprise team member help a customer get the best service by helping him contact his insurance company to ensure he got the best deal based on his car insurance policy instead of coming out of his pockets for the rental - she went above and beyond! She was relentless in getting the necessary information from his insurance company even if that meant he had a little longer wait - amazing service!
