- EEE Life Source Everywhere6 days ago1.0They have the worst customer service. They are rude, disrespectful, cold, unwelcoming. I am resolved to either never rent from enterprise anymore or find a different location with better people working there. There used to be a guy here named Tay him and his team made you want to spend your money with enterprise. These new managers or floaters are horrible, absolutely the worst, I would write and email the branch Manager but my guess is it wouldn’t matter she probably trained these people and might very well be the same way her self and disregard my concerns.

People are depending on your word for their plans they have made. For you to “book” someone implies you have the capacity to serve that person. And your service is a car rental. I can see your organization being subject to a lawsuit for fraudulent inducement and fraud. We had a whole vacation planned around your representations of a suv being available. Do better!
