  They tried to scam me out of $750 for the cracked bumper seen here. When I was returning the car, they told me that the damage was worth $750, before they had even taken the car back. They then said that they would not be returning my $300 deposit, and to just make the payment of $450 so that I could leave and they could close the case. I told them no, I would be filing an insurance claim instead. In the time that the claim was pending, they sent two invoices to my workplace in a threatening attempt to collect the $450. All said and done, my insurance company ended up paying out $140 to them. If you do choose to patronize Enterprise (when Budget is right down the street), just make sure you know they will try to get as much money as they can out of you, and they will lie to you to get your money as quickly as possible, knowing full well you can choose to easily go through your insurance company and save yourself the hassle and in my case, $400.

  It’s quite disappointing to think you’re going to be fine renting and that nothing can go wrong until I received a car that the tire pressure light came on 1 hour driving on the highway. I woke up the next day to find the tire went completely flat. I had to wait 2 hours for the tow truck to come pick up the vehicle and get an uber sent to the nearest enterprise to get a new vehicle. This is really unacceptable and was such an inconvenience with having my baby in the car. Do better at this location so other guests won’t experience what I had to go through.

  I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the condition and availability of rental vehicles during my rental period from April 28, 2026 to May 12, 2026. First, I would like to acknowledge that the staff members I encountered were professional, courteous, and accommodating throughout my experience. My concerns are not with customer service, but rather with the condition and readiness of the vehicles provided. On April 28, I picked up a blue Mitsubishi. While the vehicle initially appeared suitable, the gas tank was nearly empty. In my opinion, rental vehicles should not be issued to customers in such a condition, especially when immediate travel is required. Additionally, while driving, a dashboard alert appeared stating “FCM Radar Blocked.” I returned to the rental location to report the issue; however, the alert did not reappear during the staff member’s inspection. Shortly after leaving, the notification returned. That same day, I was also required to refuel the vehicle, totaling $50.10. Unfortunately, after spending that amount on gas, I still had to return the 1st vehicle the next day due to the ongoing issues, resulting in money being unnecessarily wasted. On the morning of April 30, I returned the vehicle due to the persistent FCM warning and a low tire pressure alert. I was then provided with a replacement vehicle. Upon inspection, the second vehicle had visible exterior damage, including large scratches, and the front license plate was not properly mounted. In fact, the license plate was laying in the windshield rather than securely attached to the vehicle, which made me uncomfortable and unable to safely take the vehicle on the road. While driving, a “Routine Maintenance Required” alert also appeared, and the vehicle produced unusual noises, raising additional concerns about its mechanical condition and overall safety. Overall, this experience did not meet the standards I expect from a rental service. The condition of both vehicles made me feel as though I was driving temporary loaner cars rather than properly maintained rental vehicles. Had my rental not been arranged through my insurance company, I would have chosen to rent from another provider.
