  I had four new tires installed. T. Conner and the staff were excellent. Very helpful and customer focused. Made the overall experience excellent.

  This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I had a 9 am appointment and the oil change was not finished until after 1:30. I expect when I have an appointment that I be taken in at that time and completed not 4 1/2 hours later. A few months ago I took my car on and a/c work was done. Stopped cooling a few weeks after. Took to someone else and compressor not connect and half the bolts were not put back in. Mr. Tire will never do service for me again. I work on hospitality and appointments are always complete first. The Cambridge MD Mr. Tire has definitely gotten worse over the years.

  Spent a ridiculous amount of time to plug a tire. Office person told me that it was taking all the time because they couldn't get my tire off the rim. Technician told me it took so long because their machine wasn't working. Unbelievable.

  I went there to have a pair of new TPMS sensors activated and relearned on my Civic. I got there early in the morning and waited about 30 minutes. The guy comes back and tells me, "Am I sure they put new sensors in because they can't pick them up on the scanner?" Rather than fight I just left. I went and ordered a tool from Amazon for $200 and was able to reprogram them myself in 5 minutes. This is unacceptable. It cost me $200 for a tool i'm probably never going to use again to do something that the tire shop should have known how to do for $20.
