  The staff was friendly and helpful however I had an appointment and I was there for over 3 hours for tires and alignment. Even when the woman in the front went to see what was taking so long they didnt explain what was going on. $1300 for tires and alignment and get home and none of them have caps on the valves

  They kept my van for a whole week without keeping me updated on what was going on, other than me calling myself. And when I did call they would always say that it would be done by the next day. They caused me to lose a week of work. Then when I did get my van back it needed a jump and had a abs light on which wasn't on before which they claim wasn't their fault.

  Last minute walk in for a tire patch and headlight bulb replacement. No one was waiting. Staff was great. It was affordable. I will continue giving them my business.

  You know when you pull into the lot and there are no cars it makes you wonder. I needed to replace my battery cable connector. A 10 minute job, the part is $10 to $15. He quoted me $67 to swap it out. . I called him a thief, it doesn't take but 10 minutes. Now I see why you have no customers. I drove a Sunoco station he looked at it, replaced it in 10 min. He charged me $10.

  I made an appointment for an oil change based on what I told were available times. When I get there, they tell me I will have to wait until they have time to do that. Would I like to come back tomorrow? What’s the point of making an appointment, if this place of business doesn’t honor it I would not have any repairs nor by tires or do anything with this place of business based on that interaction.
