  made an appointment for 5pm, showed up for my appointment, then was told that they can’t service me because they’re too busy and the soonest they’d be able to help me was 2 days from now. no apology or nothing. don’t accept appointments you can’t fulfill.

  If I could give zero, I would give zero. I scheduled an appointment. I called early in the morning to ensure that I was able to get the desired timeframe I needed for my job. I scheduled my appointment at 5:30. I actually drove from Calvert County over there to get a tire put on. I grabbed the wrong tire and was back with the right tire not 15 minutes later which was only nine minutes past my initial appointment and the tire was used. They were willing to put it on because I had already paid Fast-forward now they have the correct tire and my money and then they refused to put the tire on which was practically brand new way better than the other tire the man was willing to put on, so I wasted my time and money and these guys were calling me because they wanted to reschedule my appointment because it was too late in the day, even though the business is open during those time frames, they blame it on the call center. I’m sorry but if you guys try to get out of there early on Saturdays, tell your call center that so they don’t schedule people for those Times Long story short the guy just didn’t want to do it so they could go home early and they wasted my time and now I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks to get my money back. they didn’t want to do the job during their schedule business hours because they wanted to go enjoy their weekend by the way it’s a holiday weekend and now I have to wait even longer to get my tire changed, but I can assure you it will never be done at Mr. tire and I suggest you take your hard earned money somewhere else as well. The second time I dropped my tire off I come back and it’s still sitting there and he said he’s not gonna do it because it’s a used tire?! But you have my money you’re already making me pay again while I wait 4 to 6 weeks for my refund and now you refuse to do it?? he even admitted that the tire was better than the first one and was 100% willing to put the first one on the only thing they changed was the time now it’s later in the day and they’re about to go home and he doesn’t wanna do it so my family is stuck with one vehicle for days. Do not go to this Mr. tire!

  Absolutely the "Worst" service imaginable. If I could rate "No Stars" that would more accurately justify my rating. Scheduled new tires delivered to Mr. TIRE. Scheduled installation with confirmation and date/time, cost all confirmed. Received 3 confirmation text and emails, two on the day of Scheduled install. Arrived on site with no cars in the parking lot. Found one employee inside store. I was advised their air compressor was out of order, pumping water instead of air. Had been down for at least a week. They couldn't do any tire work. I took my 4 new tires that had been shipped to their location, loaded into my truck and found another tire service that gladly and professionally installed my tires.

  I took my car in for an oil change & tire rotation/balance. The Mr Tire team did the job quickly and everything works perfectly. Great job guys.

  Terrible service. Walked in on a .Monday morning with an appointment. No employees had showed up for work. They did not have the tires I ordered. Person at counter criticized the business.
