  Very pleased with the excellent service I received at Mr. Tire. Roy was very helpful in checking out my tire pressures . He located which tire was leaking and was able to plug the leak. I am so happy with the service Roy provided. Highly recommend this location of Mr. Tire.

  Even though they were short staffed Jesse was awesome and got me in for a tire change quickly so I could get back on the road

  Asked for tire rotation and to check balance, tires were not rotated front to back and highly doubt balance was checked

  The manager guy, was amazing explained everything. When I dropped off the car and everything they couldn’t tell me what exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. Charged me almost $50 just to sit in the driver seat and drive it 200 feet. They wanted to charge me an additional 150 just to eliminate what the problems are. I’m disappointed in the California location and their technicians. Please figure y’all’s stuff out because at least y’all could’ve done was lift the car up and pushed on the gas and figured it out with another tech..

  I had called and made an appt for today Saturday at 730 am for alignment and tire rotation. I received 2 confirmation text and email . I arrived for my appointment this morning only to be told that they did not have a technician that could do the work today . No one could have called me? I was told by the rude and unprofessional kid behind the counter that he just saw this appointment. Which was odd since it had been confirmed since Thursday . Waste of my day off and time. This is not how you treat customers. I will take my business somewhere else
