  Went in for an oil change. They proceeded to break a panel on my car that need to be replaced and then the next day found out they broke the oil filter housing so I was driving around leaking oil everywhere with little to no oil in my car. Now when demanding they pay for the damages they are giving us the run around.

  Had an appointment to install new tires and alignment at 7:30 but they did not start working on it till 8:20. Was told a price over the phone after giving them the correct tire and rim size but price changed when it was time to pay because of the tire size(even though they knew the tire size when they told me the price over the phone). Prices difference was over $50.

  Very pleased with the excellent service I received at Mr. Tire. Roy was very helpful in checking out my tire pressures . He located which tire was leaking and was able to plug the leak. I am so happy with the service Roy provided. Highly recommend this location of Mr. Tire.
