  Absolutely the "Worst" service imaginable. If I could rate "No Stars" that would more accurately justify my rating. Scheduled new tires delivered to Mr. TIRE. Scheduled installation with confirmation and date/time, cost all confirmed. Received 3 confirmation text and emails, two on the day of Scheduled install. Arrived on site with no cars in the parking lot. Found one employee inside store. I was advised their air compressor was out of order, pumping water instead of air. Had been down for at least a week. They couldn't do any tire work. I took my 4 new tires that had been shipped to their location, loaded into my truck and found another tire service that gladly and professionally installed my tires.

  I took my car in for an oil change & tire rotation/balance. The Mr Tire team did the job quickly and everything works perfectly. Great job guys.

  Terrible service. Walked in on a .Monday morning with an appointment. No employees had showed up for work. They did not have the tires I ordered. Person at counter criticized the business.
