- SEsenait edwardsJun 15, 20262.0I don't even know how to begin. Very disappointed. Me and my husband have been going to Wilson's in olney for years, we recently moved to burtonsville and we started going there. So we took our vehicle for a simple oil change on Wednesday June 10th tge same night my car acting up and we checked the oil nearly empty. We have them towed it on Thursday. They said there is oil in it. We recorded a video we were not making that up. And when we ask about the car acting up there is no accountability whatsoever. Moving forward yesterday after 4 day of oil change my engine light is on. They didn't even offer us to diagnose the cause.Mind you,you had a perfect car all of a sudden you have all this problems. And we were told ok bye. Very very upset about this situation. I wish it was handled better. I don't know if I have to go back there.
