  I will l never go to another Mr.Tire location and if I do it darn sure won't be this one. I had one tire that needed to be changed and a simple oil change. Now the tire was more expensive then normal but I had to have it changed so it is what it is in that situation. Now it took 3 hours which is a long time while the employees were in the back playing and shooting the breeze. Which okay not cool but whatever. Now when I drive the car back. I come to discover my tire is missing a Damn Lug nut which driving fast on a highway could have Killed me. Also discovered voltage issues a few weeks later...the cause...because these Morons hadn't tightened the battery cables after their "free"battery test. The service manager was Momodu Sesay according to my paperwork. These people should be let go or heavily retrained. They could get someone seriously hurt with their carelessness not to mention added financial hassle

  Very annoyed...I made an appointment so my wait would be minimal. However, when I arrived I was told my wait would be 3 hours!! Apparently they took a walk in before taking me who had the appointment..was told to come back at a specified time..I did..well this time I was told the wait would be 2 hours!! I told him he should have called me..his response was that he didn't think about it..unreal!! Suggested I come back the following morning at 7:30 AM..I truly had no other choice..I arrived as scheduled and was told my appointment was at 8:00 AM..I totally disagreed..he ended up taking me. After 3 trips my tires were finally done! I have been going there for several years...NEVER AGAIN!!

  I brought my Tesla here for an alignment because they stated they were able to service Teslas. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. According to Tesla’s alignment specifications, the caster should be approximately 5.9° ± 1.0°. Before the alignment, my caster measured 5.0°, which was already within Tesla’s specification. After their work, it measured 4.1°, moving it farther away from the recommended range instead of improving it. I tried several times to explain my concern and discuss the alignment specifications with the service advisor, but I felt my concerns were dismissed. Rather than reviewing the alignment or attempting to correct the issue, they chose to refund my money. I appreciate that they issued a refund, but I would have preferred that they investigate the problem and try to resolve it. Based on my experience, I would recommend Tesla owners seek a shop with extensive experience aligning Teslas and a solid understanding of the manufacturer’s specifications.

  Needed a replacement tire. Everyone at this location was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They explained the available options and were able to have the job completed in half an hour

  Everyone was professional, polite, knowledgeable and caring. The Manager was just Awsome. He took his time with me, showed me on my vehicle about my tires and what the letters meant. When my tires arrived for my vehicle we looked at the new tires together checked sizes and dates. Very knowledgeable experience for me being a woman. They are trustworthy and perform ABSOLUTELY 💯 AMAZING WORK. I love my tires and my Vehicle is riding like new money again. The Service is incredible !!! I highly recommend Mr Tire in Burtonsville, Md. They were Quick, Affordable and On Time !!! They add extras when you buy 4 brand new tires. I’m definitely going to be a Regular Customer at this Mr Tire in Burtonsville, Md. They had the Best Tire Pricing around !!!
