  Appointment was was a little tricky to get. I had to go through an attendant who wanted to schedule me an appointment but couldn’t confirm that they had the tires I wanted. Once I got transferred to the store I was able to confirm and schedule.’Tires were installed in a timely fashion and at a great price! The only issue was the tires for the front were not the correct size. I will have to reschedule another appointment for those. This was my first time using Mr. Tire. I did notice that the scheduling app didn’t allow me to select an actual tires, date and time so not sure what happened to the submission when I tried to schedule. Other tire shops provide this capability and helps ensure the correct tire is selected by make and model.

  If I could give negative stars I would. Not sure why I keep trying to use this place. The rudest staff and zero customer service. Shame that we can't use our local places for good quick service. Just went in for a tire plug with the tire in the trunk but they couldn't spare a few minutes for a very simple thing. Not even just that part. It's the very rude way the counter clerk spoke to my wife, 'oh you can't park around back' , like I was just dropping off the tire and coming in to check in. 'I tried explaining that to your wife.' Yeah I'm early for my 230 appointment but it's gonna be a while to get a simple plug. Then why didn't you say that when we called you so we wouldn't have wasted our time. Trust me, I'll never come back to this place ever again. Found a place in Laurel that did it in 3 minutes for $20.

  I purchased a replacement tire from the Burtonsville, MD location and had a great customer experience. The manager verified the correct tire size, ordered the tire, called the next morning to confirm the tire has arrived, then installed the tire later that afternoon. The install was quick, about 35 mins. My overall experience with this branch was phenomenal. The location is very clean with a comfortable waiting room. I will definitely return again! 😊

  Had a great experience here, the Manager was awesome and I will be coming back for my alignment later today. Great prices, great service. Got a flat tire about 8 minutes away and had everything fixed in less than 2 hours (replaced multiple tires).

  I had a really disappointing experience at Mr Tire in Burtonsville Town Square. I came in expecting straightforward service, but instead got the runaround. I was told they were “extremely busy” and couldn’t take my car, even though there were no cars in any of the bays. What made it worse was the lack of communication and customer care. I left feeling brushed off, unappreciated, and honestly pretty small as a customer. A little transparency and respect would’ve gone a long way. They really need to do better when it comes to customer service and how they treat people walking through the door.
