  I've been going to the Bryans Road location for the past few years and this Mr. Tire is top notch. They are very polite and they work fast while doing everything they claim they do. Oil Changes are spot on and when they say the Rotate the Tires at no charge, they actually rotate the tires. They are very good with their free inspections and they don't try to up-sale you on work that is recommended to be done. Excellent Service and the Team Members are always extremely polite and professional. Thanks Again ! Uncle D

  I really wish I didn't have to leave a star at all because this company doesn't deserve one, I brought my vehicle in on 06/26/2026 for Wheel Lug Nut Stem replacement for the Front Driver Tire which need 2 of the Stems to be replaced and also the Rear Passenger Tire which needed 1 of the Stems to be replaced. They charged me for Brake Adjuster Kit for the Front and The Rear, something I never mention that I wanted to be serviced on the vehicle. I told the Front Desk Representative that nothing was fixed on the vehicle and that I wanted a refund, he said a refund won't be issued because service was rendered. But it wasn't the service I came in for, and I never mention anything about brakes. These people are crooks and I will be filing a Claims against them.

  I enjoyed speaking with the Manager. The most disturbing part was only One Mechanic in the bay to work on cars. Dropped off at 7:30 pick up 5:30 called several time and he was kind enough to let me know what was going on and when I could pick up.

  After installing my tires the shop charged double of what the tirerack invoice said. They charged me for valve stems and labor which I did not receive either. I requested that they refund that and they said only corporate could do that. I called corporate and they said they would call me in 24 hours and it’s been 72 hours and crickets. I understand that there are fees involved and additional costs but they literally doubled the cost of installation. Not a place to trust to be honest. I will be working this complaint through my credit card company now

  I purchased some tire online at TireRack because my truck is older and had them sent to this shop. I previously had good luck with them a few years back. There job was to install my tire and balance them and the preset price was supposed to be 118.00. I understand that there will be additional fees and taxes so my expectation was about 150/160 dollars. I received the invoice and they added services and parts I did not receive and said they could not be removed and only corporate can fix it. The total came out to be almost 240.00. The staff acted as if this was a package cost from Mr Tire but I showed home the cost on my invoice and they acted as if they never changed tires from online stores . Very deceiving and now I will be calling my credit card company to deal with this because after calling corporate they have not done anything. Poor service and this is why the industry is not trusted.
