They treat me like family! Valvoline has a very well designed quality protocol, I feel confident they will not leave the oil plug out or incorrectly torque something because i hear them double checking each thing with another team member. That’s another thing that keeps me coming back. Total transparency. I watch them open the oil bittle and filter packaging.. I know the premium oil i pay for is actually going in the car. And they show me the dipstick every time. The folks at the Brooklyn Park Valvoline appear to be a really tight team, working together seamlessly, respectfully and agreeably. And always following protocol like they really believe it’s important. Gives me a high level of confidence I’m getting a good job, and they are always genuinely friendly and kind, making my visit a pleasure

The team at this location is extremely kind and provides great customer service! Not only were they fast and efficient at changing my car’s oil - for a great price too – they also helped clean up some corrosion on my battery and offered to change it out and provide information on where I could get a new battery if I didn’t do it today. Really appreciate them going above and beyond, and I would definitely recommend getting service done at this location! Shout out to Jesse and Jamar for all their help!

Gabriel and Diamond were extremely professional in their interactions with my sister. They explained things that were being done and what to look for. Everything went smoothly and we were in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

This store is amazing and the people here are some of the nicest I’ve ever met at a mechanic shop. My family and I were on our way to a camping trip when our brakes started making really bad noises. We just happened to be by this Valvoline so we pulled in to see whats up. Jamar and Gary were so helpful right away and spotted the problem. It was a loose bolt on our brakes that could have been deadly for me and family if we didn’t get it fixed. Valvoline employee Jamar Stringer really fixed the bolts on our brakes right there on his lunch break. He really saved my families life. Cant tell you what that means to us. Thank you Jamar, thank you Valvoline. Customer for life for real. Special shout out Marco for helping us out too, he got our kids to stop screaming lol
