  I had a great experience at Valvoline! Corey and Derick the technician and service advisor were both professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, didn't pressure me into unnecessary services, and got me in and out quickly. I really appreciated their honesty, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. It's refreshing to find a team that genuinely cares about their customers. I'll definitely be back for future service!

  These teams are amazing! Today it is over 90 degrees and their customer service and kindness does not waiver! Detail oriented, have been here several times, never have an issue and always learn something new. No pressure beyond information actually encourages me to get my services through them! Well done Jay Clayton and congratulations to all the team members at this valvoline location (and thank you for your hard work)!

  Valvoline never disappoints! I come here every time my car needs service because the team is always professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about keeping my vehicle running smoothly. They not only take care of the service you come in for, but they also make sure you're up to date on any maintenance your car may need. During my last visit for a routine oil change, Keith went above and beyond. Because I travel frequently, I had fallen behind on some important maintenance items. Keith took the time to identify the overdue services and explain everything clearly. If it weren't for his attention to detail, my car could have developed much bigger issues down the road. Thank you, Keith, and the entire team, for always providing excellent customer service, expert advice, and a welcoming experience. I truly appreciate the professionalism, knowledge, and friendly smiles every time I visit. Highly recommend!

  I had an outstanding experience at Valvoline thanks to Jay and Amari. Jay's customer service was truly top notch. These days, you get so used to average or poor customer service that it really stands out when someone goes above and beyond. From the moment I arrived, Jay was professional, friendly, and attentive. He used my name throughout the transaction, which made the experience feel personal rather than rushed. He took the time to explain recommended services and maintenance needs, but never once came across as pushy or sales focused. Instead, he provided helpful information and let me make my own decisions. Amari was equally impressive. She was very professional while working on my vehicle and carried herself with confidence and attention to detail. It was clear that she took pride in her work and helped make the entire service experience smooth and efficient. What impressed me most was the genuine appreciation Jay showed for my business. A simple "thank you for being a customer" goes a long way, and he made me feel valued as a customer. Great service, great team, and a great customer experience. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend this location.

  6/12/26 Really dissapointed with my interaction at this Bowie location. I sat in my vehicle close to about 30mins or more in 98° temps, i' m not complaining about that. My complaint is after waitng my turn a Valvaline tech ask me to now pull to another bay that was not empty as the vehicle ahead of me had just pulled out..Me following his directions, it did not set in and I didnt realize what was happening..I followed the techs directions to find that he allowed some1 to park off to the side and in a shaded area to then allow him to get into the line. Instead of reversing my Heavy Duty vehicle i pulled thru the bay with the tech direction..After realizing the play that was just made against me and what i just fell for, i parked and asked to speak to the manager, the tech that i had verbal interaction with said he was and assistant manger. I asked for the store manager, she respectfully made the traditional excuses and tells me she aplogizes & is 1st come 1st serve that i move my vehicle...I said " my point exactly!!! why was i asked to move?..."This is my 2nd time having and issue at this location, but my 1st time posting..The Waldorf location is much more professional, friendly staff and will get you in and out.. To be clear the tech was polite but lacked basic managing skills. I feel the right thing to do was to have advised me prior to me beeing the NEXT AVAILABLE vehicle..The sad thing is the manger never said we will make sure I was next or anything, only sarcastically saying that they're open until 7:30pm ...This location has now become TRASH...I wasted time and gas...Negative energy at this location...I cant speak for any1 else, but this was my experience...
