I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at your location, which truly surpassed my expectations. Mac delivered exactly the kind of customer service I was hoping for, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Not only did Mac get me back on the road faster than they originally estimated, but they also took the time to thoroughly explain what the issue was and detail the repairs that were completed. I really appreciated the clear communication and the genuine care shown throughout the process.
I am grateful for the excellent customer experience I received, and it’s clear that this location values its customers. When I need help with tires or batteries in the future, I won’t hesitate to return. Thank you again for making my visit so positive!
An absolutely wonderful experience!! I thought I would be spending my whole day waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Not the case... Mack took great care of me communicating throughout the process. He shows great customer service skills. You feel he's in your corner. He has a pleasant, assuring delivery that makes handing over your CC for payment much easier. I add, your pricing is much better than the dealership!!!! Thanks for the great experience.
I made an appointment at 1 pm, Monday, June 29th. I was told there were 6 cars in front of me and he won’t be able to touch it until later. He promised that it would be done by the end of the day however, I come back later, he proceeds to tell NOW it’s too late and there’s nothing he can do today and to drop it off tomorrow morning. I come back June 30th at 8 am, well 7:55 am and waited until they opened. He was not able to service me AGAIN because they were booked for the whole day. I proceed to question why I would be told to come back if he knew he was going to be way too BUSY to see me. I’m not understanding why appointments are set up if they are not guaranteeing you’ll be seen. They are quite a SUGGESTION! They proceed to tell me to go to another location because they should be able to do it. Which would have been more convenient to tell me YESTERDAY before I came back at 8 am and waited about 30 minutes before they told me I won’t be seen. I did however go to different location, where they proceeded to tell me they couldn’t help me. Which was even more confusing because WHY DID YALL SEND ME TO ANOTHER LOCATION WITH NO KNOWLEDGE OF THIS LOCATIONS AVAILABILITY OR SCHEDULE! Finally, after going to TWO different locations and dealing with some very difficult people, I made it to the third location. Where they were finally able to do my oil change. After been given the run around since 8 am I got serviced FROM A DIFFERENT LOCATION at 10:30 am. Horrible, horrible experience. The man that I talked to that gave me so much back and forth should not be working at the front desk at all. He should stay in the back and just work on cars because clearly he’s not honest with people.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star rating. Yesterday I got off work early to get some things done. I Called ahead at 12:30 asked if they do appointments or walk ins they tell me either or. I told them I had my own tires just needed them mounted. They put in a service ticket. I Got there at 1. They had 3/4 cars there ahead of me I said call me when you ready for me because I can’t be sitting around doing nothing I got things to do. They called at 1:45. I got there at 2. I Sat out front on the curb watched my car sit in the sun for 2 hours before they even took it in then another hour and a half for them to just mount 2 tires. Absolutely ridiculous. Could never give me an ETA. Acted like they didn’t know anything that was going on throughout the whole shop. I watched 4/5 cars come and go and employees standing around and walking around doing nothing. Never again. Checked the reviews on here while I was waiting and they all said just about the same thing I was experiencing. You all need to do better. NTB is Supposed to be one of the best not the opposite. Definitely not bringing my car back there or referring anyone else. And when they finally get my car out I go to take a look and they didn’t even put the caps back on or check everything. Very frustrating experience. Customer service -0. Efficiency-0. Communication and communication skills-0. Productivity -0. Wasting people’s time -100%.

Trying to take advantage of a woman
I had a very disappointing experience at the NTB Bowie location.
My sister specifically asked for Michelin tires, but the associate tried to sell her the store's house-brand tires instead. After talking with her, I convinced her to stick with the Michelins she originally wanted.
She was initially quoted nearly $1,600 for four Michelin tires, which seemed excessively high. I called the NTB Lanham location and received a quote of $1,098 plus tax, including an alignment and all the available tire protection packages. The Lanham store even sent the work order directly to the Bowie location.
Despite the car being dropped off around 10:00 a.m., it was still sitting in the parking lot untouched at 2:00 p.m. When we checked on the status, we were suddenly told the price would be $1,300, even after showing them the transferred work order from the Lanham store.
The entire experience gave us the impression that they were attempting to charge my sister significantly more than what was quoted. When I questioned the discrepancy, the staff became loud and rude instead of addressing the issue professionally.
Poor customer service, inconsistent pricing, and a lack of professionalism. I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to others.
