I had an outstanding experience at NTB thanks to Max. I came in as a walk-in without an appointment, needing help with an alignment and a serpentine belt replacement, and he took care of everything without hesitation.
Max was extremely professional from start to finish. He clearly explained the work that needed to be done, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. What really stood out was his customer service,he was respectful, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure I had a great experience.
It’s not always easy to accommodate walk-ins, especially for that kind of work, but Max handled it seamlessly. His skill, knowledge, and positive attitude made a big difference.
Highly recommend asking for Max if you visit, he sets the standard for excellent service.

My experience at this NTB was great. I recommend the location to everyone. Kyle was wonderful, took time to explain everything along with services offered, as I provided the issue I was having. The tech was just as good, unfortunately I didn't get his name. However, he came out from the bay and talked to me as well....prior to completing the task. It's so appreciated, especially when most service places present an intimidating atmosphere towards women. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH.... ... FOR SUCH FANTASTIC SERVICE !!! 👏 👏
I was having the worst Friday morning when I realized, halfway to work, my tire had a screw in it!! Mack and a lovely woman at the front (whose name I regrettably forgot to ask! But had REALLY pretty earrings!!) had me in and out with a new tire in legitimately 30 minutes. I was shocked. I’ve used NTB in other locations, but the wait times were awful and made me not want to come back. But on a whim, I reached out, and YALLLLL was I shocked! Thank you guys so much, you made my Friday!!! 💕
This place is an absolute circus, and I wouldn’t recommend sending even a clown car over there. The chaos, confusion, and lack of professionalism are impressive in all the wrong ways. But then again, it always starts with management. When the manager sets the tone, the rest is just a bad comedy show.
We had a terrible experience here. We came in two hours before closing asking if we could get a tire repaired that day and were told they could do it. We were driving several hundred miles home the next day and needed the repair that day. About 20 minutes before closing a man came into the waiting room to tell two others who were waiting that their cars wouldn’t get done that day. We asked if ours would be done, and after checking with someone else he told us it would not. Were they planning to tell us? By then it was too late to go somewhere else. If they don’t have time to work on it that is understandable, but they should have told us up front and not wasted hours of our time.
