The manager was especially gracious and helpful and whoever was in charge of that playlist deserves a raise because the music was GOOD! 😂 Great customer service, great vibes, and an easy rental experience.

I understand that they are busy but someone needs to be answering the phone. What is there was an emergency with my rental? What if I needed to extend my rental? Not being able to speak to an actual person is unacceptable. Edited to add that I was told below to go to the regular enterprise website for “someone who can address my concern.” However there is just a 1800 number or email address; once again no way to speak to an actual person at this specific location. Ridiculous. Someone should be reaching out to me, not the other way around.

There seems to be more people outside washing cars or whatever than working to check people in. My average wait times have been 40 mins and that’s after I have pre-checked in.
