  Overall, this was a mixed rental experience. The staff at the counter were polite and service-oriented, and they did ask about my trip and whether everything else was okay. However, several parts of the experience were disappointing. First, despite completing the paperwork online ahead of time, I still waited about 45 minutes when I arrived, it was not because they were busy with other customers but because they still needed to wash and prep the car, which could have been done beforehand. Second, I reserved a larger vehicle, but was only given two smaller options because that was all that was left, which did not meet my expectations. Thirdly, my original reservation had a return time of 12 pm, but the day before return was texted that the return time was 10 am. When I changed the return time to fit my schedule I was charged an additional fee. Another frustration was being charged a $250 pet hair cleaning fee at turn-in. The issue for me is the size of the fee, which felt excessive, especially given that the only prior communication I had was that Enterprise is “pet friendly.” I would have expected clearer communication upfront about their standards and expectations for returning a vehicle with a pet, particularly for such a significant charge.

  Worst experience I’ve ever had renting a car they scammed me for my money. They didn’t inform me that I had to bring the car to the location to cancel the insurance and I got charged for a bunch of days that I didn’t ask for biggest scam ever. And after they took the money out of my Account I still was not able to rent a car when I needed one again Because the payment didn’t reflect at the moment, so they literally put me through the ringer. When I spoke to others about it, turns out they have a history of doing this to customers!!!

  We rented a 15-passenger Sprinter for our annual family Juneteenth celebration in North Carolina, and once again, the Bowie location did not disappoint! My husband and I have always had a great experience here. Manager KD and the entire team consistently go above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. They truly aim to please, and it shows. It’s refreshing to know that exceptional customer service still exists in Prince George’s County. There’s nothing like doing business right here in our hometown of Bowie. Thank you for another great experience—keep earning those well-deserved ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!
