  don’t go to the rockville maryland location. they are incompetent. do go to the bethesda location. they are excellent.

  Cancelled appointment even after I responded to VIN via text and had appointment confirmed via text. You call and get routed to website or automated systems that then don’t work.

  Went in to get a windshield replaced and new wiper blades. Verified with the front desk employee that they would leave the old wiper blades in my vehicle since one of the blades was fairly new. When I picked up my car they said they threw out my wiper blades and that there was nothing they could offer me and proceed to tell me the blades were broken/defective when that was not the case. Terrible customer service, would warn anyone to avoid this location.

  A rock hit my front windshield on the interstate and it had to be replaced. I used my online car insurance portal (shout out to Travelers), and the process to book with Safelite was incredibly easy. I did a drop and go on a Saturday morning. It was ready for me to pick up a few hours later. There was great communication before, during, and after. Would recommend without hesitation.

  I recently had my windshield replaced by Safelite after a rock struck it while I was driving on I-95, causing a crack across the entire windshield. Unfortunately, this was the second time I've experienced this type of damage. I scheduled my appointment online, and the process was simple and convenient. I drive a 2025 Hyundai Palisade, and I was initially concerned that the replacement windshield would not match the original factory quality. I'm happy to say I was completely mistaken. The new windshield looks identical to the original, and the rain-repellent treatment was an excellent added benefit. I was also impressed that Safelite was able to perform the ADAS camera calibration on-site, eliminating the need to visit the dealership. That made the entire experience much more convenient. A special thank you to Technician John at the Bethesda location. He did an outstanding job with the installation. His workmanship was professional, meticulous, and efficient. The finished result is flawless—you would never know the windshield had been replaced. I highly recommend Safelite, especially the Bethesda team, to anyone needing windshield repair or replacement. Their professionalism, quality of work, and customer service exceeded my expectations.
