Appointment was easy to set up. Team was ready to work when I got there. They had the parts ready. Their waiting area is equipped with little tables for you to work on your laptop.

Fast, wonderful windshield replacement service. All my windows were spotless when my car was returned. Good service and pleasant place to wait. Staff were all attentive and helpful.

This post has nothing to do with the Bethesda store. Safelite in general is a crap business that had an appointment set up for September 21st one day the next day. They tell me it will be October 6th 20 days later. I never asked if October 6th 20 days later would work for me.With some BS story that they couldn't get the glass shipped. It's funny I went online and found.Five different windows. For my vehicle. So I asked the rude rude customer service person If they were having it shipped from South Korea.Whoops I pissed her off she hung up so I canceled their crap .Oh well. That $400 is going to another company

Extremely frustrating experience with Safelite. I scheduled the first available appointment for today 9 days ago and received calls every day for the past several days confirming that today’s appointment was still on. Then, this morning—on the day of the appointment—the shop called to say their technician called out and they had to cancel. I was told the next available appointment is another full week away and, despite the cancellation being entirely on their end, they were unable to accommodate me any sooner. I understand that staffing issues happen, but after waiting 9 days and receiving multiple confirmations that my appointment was happening, it is unacceptable to be left waiting another week because of Safelite’s staffing problems. If the company cancels an appointment at the last minute, they should prioritize getting that customer rescheduled—not make them wait another week for the next available opening. Very disappointed with the communication, customer service, and lack of effort to make this right.
