  I recently came in to have all 4 tires changed. I brought it on at 430 I specifically notified them I need it by this evening so I can travel the next day for a funeral. My tire threads are completely shot and was told they can do it and they'd give me a call with an estimate time to pick up. 2 hours after after they closed at 630 they did not call me, my car was sitting duck in a parking lot and they couldn't even perform the tire change. It's the principal no one thought to call me to notify me, I could have gone somewhere else and now all tore shops are closed and I can't attend an important funeral like I planned. The customer service from the rep that I talked to was top notch but they need to get it together and talk to each other because the service he promised wasn't delivered. I am so pissed more importantly I don't be able to attend a funeral like I had planned. All rental companies are closed and it put me in a precarious situation. Really disappointed as I come here for tire changes often.

  My wife had her car battery incorrectly installed by a dealership and it randomly died while getting our child from school. The NTB team were able to identify, fix and even gave her a discount without any haggling. They just gave us fair market pricing and value. They are quick, and honest. They don’t push extras if they don’t think their needed.

  I absolutely love this place. The staff were incredibly helpful and the service was amazing from start to finish. A special thank you to Keith for taking such great care of me and truly saving my day. He went above and beyond when I mentioned I needed to pick up my kids, making sure everything was done on time. I had called a few other NTB locations nearby, but this one is by far the best. I won’t be going anywhere else for my tire service from now on. Thanks again to NTB team in Bethesda!

  FRIENDLY BUT INCOMPETENT STAFF Their phone intake person quoted me roughly $75 for a job , without mentioning any additional costs or fees , and when it came time to actually pay, the cashier charged me close to $190. He said the intake person should’ve known better and should have given me those additional line item charges by phone. When I said I wanted to complain to someone, they referred me to their website for me to go and look for a phone number. I had to insist on talking to a supervisor. So they went to the back room and took a little tiny bit off of the total charge. Meanwhile, because of some confusion over my missing “wheel lock”, vs a universal wheel lock, the Friendly but seemingly incompetent technician removed the hubcaps from all 4 tires and seems to have damaged them in the process. I’m including pictures of their condition after I left. I already had a lot of scratches on my hubcaps, but it seems that guy actually bent them and broke two of them. I know it’s not my imagination. I brought the car to my Honda dealership for help with my issue finally later in the day and their service person was able to easily pull off the hubcap with zero effort and he said it’s “not supposed to do that”. I would never come back here again, even if the service were free.

  I had a really frustrating experience with this tire shop today. Around 5:15 pm, I called because I have a flat tire and need to purchase two new tires. The first person who answered took my vehicle information and told me the service couldn’t be done today, which I understood. However, he then said he had another customer, placed me on hold, and after about five minutes, the call was disconnected. I called back and explained what had happened. I made it clear that I understood I wouldn’t be able to get service today, but I at least wanted to know if they had the tires I needed in stock. The second person asked for the tire size, and when I asked him to give me a moment to look it up, he hung up on me as well. I understand being busy, especially near closing time, but hanging up on customers twice without any follow-up is unprofessional and frustrating. I was simply trying to get basic information so I could plan my next steps. I hope the customer service improves because this was a disappointing experience.
