  WARNING: 4 days ago, I arranged for Enterprise (5455 Butler Rd) to provide a rental at 8:30am this morning. Received a phone call at 7:22am saying no cars available until at least 10:30am, possibly 11am. If you value your time, I suggest not relying on the Enterprise location at 5455 Butler Rd. They're a rental car company that can't wrap their head around logistics. Negative 5 stars

  Called to book a car. The lady said 5 times that the car was available on the phone and then I got a call saying they don’t actually have it. All enterprise locations need to be looked into, it’s a terrible system that we can book a car that isn’t actually available.

  Closes at 1pm. Sharp. With employees inside looking at you. Watch out if you pickup time is 12:30 and there is traffic.

  Particularly good service from James. Was able to find us a different car after the first one wasn't appropriate, but the second one was great. Very much helped during a transition because of a total loss accident rental need for about 2+ weeks.
