  Worst branch I’ve ever dealt with. No one calls you back. When you do get ahold of the staff they put you on hold and never get back to you.

  I worked with several people at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and the level of service was outstanding. When dealing with insurance rentals, it can be difficult to get a truly comparable vehicle. I drive a mini SUV, and insurance initially wanted to place me in a much smaller car, which was not the same class. Chris, the store manager at the Rockville location, went above and beyond to advocate on my behalf and work with insurance to secure something comparable. Although the Rockville branch did not have an available vehicle at the time, he coordinated with the Bethesda location to make it happen. Frank, the manager at the Bethesda location, was great to work with during pickup. Will drove me from Rockville all the way to the Bethesda location, and Alex helped with a shorter pickup from the body shop to Enterprise, which was still very much appreciated. Both were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Every person I interacted with was professional and truly excelled at customer service. This team made a frustrating insurance situation easy and stress-free.

  I booked a suv online and got confirmation number. Then they called me later to say they don’t have the suv. I need to “escalate” and have a manger call me if I want realtime availability. How is a major company not able to have realtime data on availability of their vehicles?
