  Dustin is amazing he really saved me as I needed to transport suitcases to Texas so he found me a larger VW SUV - amazing customer service at the democracy boulevard location!!

  I booked a 7 passenger vehicle on april 4th for june 19th weekend, more than 2 months in advance. I arrived at enteprise this morning to pick up my car and was told sorry, we have no 7 passenger vehicles available. They said they tried to contact me the prior evening but couldn't get through. I said I'm not sure how that would've helped. I asked for assistance finding a car elsewhere. They said I'd have to call around myself as they dont have visibility into inventory at other locations. I was supposed to leave in an hour, so enterprise has put me into a real bind. Zero stars, will obviously never rent at this enterprise ever again and also reconsidering whether or not to rent at any enterprise ever again.

  One of the worst customer service interactions I had, I reserved a car, called them during lunch time told them I will be coming to pick up the car after work around 5:30. I spoke with this guy named Sean-Michael Guikpa. I took a 50$ uber ride during rush hour to get there which I was calling them on the way there but they never pick up the phone. once I got there at 5:45 I was told by this guy sean-micahel guikpa that he was busy and that's why he didn't pick up the phone but there was only 1 customer Infront of me he was dealing with. I stood there waited for 25 mins until 6:30 only to be told by this guy he was closed. UNBELIEVABLE

  Best Enterprise franchise, especially if you’re looking near Bethesda. They call the day before to confirm your rental and see if you have any questions. I love the attentiveness and customer service. Sean-Michael showed excellent and professional service. Thanks for all you all do, it takes a great team to ensure a well oiled machine and they have it!
