  I want to sincerely thank the branch manager David Burris for taking time to listen to my situation after I told him that I had a flat tire in an unfamiliar freeway at 11 pm. When I called the roadside assistant, the lady wasn’t help me and hung up on me making an already stressful situation even worse. He agreed that the behavior was unacceptable. He advised me to file a complaint and kept my contract open in order for the company to review the situation. He showed genuine care, Professionalism and outstanding customer service. Thank you for turning the stressful situation into a positive.

  Ty!!! Absolute best customer service experience I’ve ever had at enterprise!! He absolutely helped with stress levels dealing with other locations that kept changing my reservation and unsuccessful in securing anything for me. The moment I called he instantly handled things. He was very cool calm and collected as I observed him dealing with other customers as well. Thank you Ty!! Enterprise is blessed to have you!!

  One of the worst rental experiences I've ever had — document everything before you drive off. I rented a car from this location in May 2026. At pickup, an employee took photos of the vehicle on a tablet but never provided those photos to me electronically, despite the tablet clearly being capable of it. In my experience, that turned out to matter enormously. The car I was given already had a large dent on the driver's side door. From my own observation, the damage looked old — it was slightly rusty too, which to me suggested it had been there for a long time before I ever touched the car. I returned the vehicle. One day later I received an email asking whether I wanted to keep the rental longer, which struck me as odd. Two days after I returned it, I was told the dent was my responsibility. Based on the rust and age of the damage, I do not believe I caused it, and the timeline and the withheld pickup photos left me deeply suspicious of how this was handled. Resolving this consumed an enormous amount of my time — I ended up involving customer service, the police, and my insurance company. The employees I dealt with disputed my account of the car's pre-existing condition, which I strongly disagree with based on what I saw. I can't speak to anyone's intentions, but I can say this: in my experience, the pickup inspection photos were not shared with me, the damage they later blamed me for appeared old and rusty, and the whole process cost me significant time and stress. I would not rent from this location, and if you do, photograph the entire vehicle yourself and insist on getting the company's own inspection photos in writing before you leave the lot. Preferably do not rent from this location as now seeing the customer reviews, this appears to be a systematic issue. I certainly wont be renting from this issue and possibly not from Enterprise ever again. These kind of nonsense cost hours and hours on the phone to clean up. ***VERY DISAPPOINTING ****

  When will Google allow for no or negative stars? I made a reservation through my insurance company. I checked in online, completed all required forms, and confirmed everything digitally. I stupidly thought that meant my reservation was "confirmed" and I was indicating I would arrive to retrieve my reservation. Enterprise had my phone number, my email, and the capacity to auto-text me. It is not as if I am not reachable. I arrived one hour past my reservation time. No call had been made to me. No text. No email. The clerk's explanation: "We assumed you were a no-show" and gave my car away. It was like a Seinfeld episode: they can take a reservation, but they can't hold a reservation. Which is the most important part of the reservation: "the holding." Update: Stacy- You are asking for me to go back online, where I assume I will provide my information (again) and fill out another form (again) about your online system's inability to hold a car rental reservation. Why is the onus on your customer? If this were truly important to your business and brand, if you were truly interested in "addressing my concern," a live human would investigate and then call/email/text and address with it me personally. This is not complicated. Let me give you a hint...it can't be solved with another online form or AI chatbot.
