  They have a very small inventory. I booked a sports car months in advance for a special occasion but was told when I arrived that the best they could do is a Chevy Malibu. They said if I wanted to insist on a sports car they could get one sent over from Silver Spring and that I’d have to come back later in the day. Everyone was very polite, but can’t see how it can be ok to routinely not have the right cars available for bookings.

  This location is a hot mess and I recommend you avoid it. My experience has been very bad and stressful. I rented a car through a direct link my insurance company gave me for an open claim. This office called in the morning and said they did not have enough staff to come get me and I had to find my own way there. For the record I live only 8 minutes away. They then gave me the wrong size because the employee didn’t know the difference between a full size and SUV and tried to upcharge me for it. The car smelled like marijuana and was therefore not suitable for me to drive my children in. I returned the car to an employee on Monday morning. On Wednesday (two days after I returned the car) they called me to ask if I had returned my vehicle. They did not even know what time I had returned it. An employee noticed it was listed as renter pay and said they’d call insurance and get back to me. Nobody got back to me. Now, five days after I returned the car, they called me again and said they’re closing out the agreement and instead of charging it through my insurance (which is even listed on my rental agreement as the party they should bill to and confirmed by my insurance company who sent me a binder to show to them) they said they have to put the charges on me. I have never in my life had such a bad experience with Enteprise or any rental car company for that matter. When I called Enterprise corporate to try to address this since the local office would not help me, I was transferred FIVE times to various departments and ultimately told that they can’t help me because the local office closed the reservation even though the manager told me she would keep it open until she spoke to insurance. I will probably never use Enterprise in general ever again because of this experience. I have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve this. Update- I did contact corporate as suggested by the reply from the business two weeks ago and received zero response. No surprise here. I never even got a receipt.
