  First of all, 5 stars to Fadee, who assisted me throughout the entire process. He provided excellent information, guidance, and clear communication on how to proceed with my repair. Unfortunately, when my vehicle was initially completed, the front bumper that was installed was not the correct fit. However, the team quickly addressed the issue, sent the vehicle back for correction, and within a week the proper part was installed with a perfect fit. I appreciate the professionalism and commitment to making things right. I’ll definitely return for any future repairs and would recommend Auto Body Dimensions to others. Thanks again to Fadee for the outstanding customer service!

  This auto shop has had my car for over a month at this point. The day(s) I was supposed to pick it up, they called to say it would take another week, then another two weeks, and so it carries on. Meanwhile, I’ve been stuck paying for a rental car the entire time. Communication has been poor, timelines keep changing, and the delays have been incredibly frustrating. I understand repairs can take time, but keeping customers informed and setting realistic expectations matters. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

  The people with whom I met and conducted business were informed, efficient, and pleasant. Mine was an all-around good experience. The work performed was excellent.
