  Had a very bad experience at THIS particular jiffy lube. I’ve been going to many different jiffy lubes locations for a long time and I will NEVER come back to this specific location. I had arrived on Thursday 5/14 to this specific jiffy lube location at around noon with my Honda HR-V what I found that the gentle men were not transparent with services that they provided… it was only until I got the bill that I saw that some services were added. One of the men changed my air filter and had told me that the filter would be $39.99 and then came back after the service and said it’s actually $59.99 but I will add a coupon. Then I get the itemized bill and I see was charged $89.99 for the “sig service premium blend oil” first of all nobody asked me what type of oil I wanted it was recommended they just added it without my consent. Secondly the jiffy line location literally further down in in the same college park area location #390 charged me $72.99 for the sig 4x4 blend I questioned the reasoning on why I was charged $89.99 for this oil and why didn’t they ask me what oil I wanted and get my consent first… the gentlemen had told me that it is apparently the same oil but the difference is this location is privately owned and the other location is publicly owned that’s why there is a $16 dollar difference in the exact same oil. I see they also charged me $1.00 for the skid plate remove and reinstall I asked about this because again I never authorized this charged and nothing was said. I did not put up a fight I just paid and left. But I will NEVER go back to this location and BEWARE customers this particular jiffy lube is not transparent about the services they add and won’t get ur consent and u will not know what they have done until u get an itemized bill… I advise future customers to go up the street for cheaper prices and for transparent services I will NEVER come back.

  One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at Jiffy Lube! No one tried to oversell me. They gave me exactly what I needed. They were kind, quick and efficient. I’ve already recommended them to several people. Appreciate the integrity and the professionalism.

  Reasonable price for the fast efficient service. If they had blessed me with a discount for my birthday or being a first time me customer I’d given them a 5! 😂 However, I will be coming back. Staff was great.

  The overall experience was fine. I went in on 3/31/2026 to have my oil changed. They were quick and efficient. I was asked if I wanted my tires rotated. I said no. When I left my car sounded off and I ignored it. The next week the sound preceded to get worse. I decided to look at my lug nuts. They were so loose I could unscrew them with my fingers. The experience terrified me because my tires could have came off my car while I was driving. I'm assuming they thought I was going to get my tires rotated and since I declined they forgot to tighten them back up. The simple neglect could have caused harm to me my kids and anyone else driving near me. I will never be returning to any jiffy lube again
