  I had such a wonderful experience with Neferteria, the Branch Manager at Enterprise! She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She made my entire experience so easy and stress-free, and I truly appreciated how helpful, patient, and professional she was. What stood out to me the most was how genuine she is. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her customers and wants to make sure they feel comfortable and taken care of. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly, and her kindness really made a difference. Enterprise is truly lucky to have someone like Neferteria leading the branch.   I had a great experience with Enterprise. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and the vehicle was clean and ready when I needed it. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and how easy they made the rental process. I would definitely use Enterprise again and recommend them to others.

  This is unacceptable. I made my reservation for 2:30 pm and waited until 4:40 pm. This is completely unacceptable. They treat only one customer badly, then leave angry. If they don't want to work, they should find another job. I do not recommend this place, at least not for renting and pick up a car Then he left the office and didn't come back; I was left waiting like a fool. In the end, I left the place, and I wasn't given anything 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎😤😤😤😤😤😤 Esto es inaceptable. Hice mi reserva para las 2:30 p. m. y esperé hasta las 4:40 p. m. Es completamente inaceptable. Tratan mal a un solo cliente y luego se van enojados. Si no quieren trabajar, que busquen otro empleo. No recomiendo este lugar, al menos no para alquilar y recoger un coche.
