    Ive always had a great experience at AutoZone. The staff are consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help with whatever questions or issues I have. It's refreshing to walk into a store where people genuinely care about customer service. Special shoutout to Tyrin for going above and beyond. He was patient, helpful, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Employees like him make a big difference and keep customers coming back. Thanks to Tyrin and the whole team for the excellent service!

    The shop was playing a wildly inappropriate podcast or radio station that should never be played in a store or professional establishment. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable being in the store. There is a time and a place for political and social discourse and this is not one of them. Especially when the podcast repeatedly talks down on a specific racial group. Terrible experience and extremely disappointing.

    Blasting gospel music and sermon with rude customer service is wild! Store is rundown customer service from Sheila was unfriendly. The other cashier seem pretty welcoming. I’m giving them two stars because I was able to do my return but I didn’t appreciate the rude customer service. It was really offputting..

    Mr. Darwin is AWESOME! I came in to get my alternator tested and was expecting to hear the usual responses from other auto part stores (were busy now, machine is broke, come back later etc.) He greeted me with a smile and friendly response. He grabbed the machine and we headed towards the door in a matter of seconds! Beyond testing the alternator he also looked at the battery and reassured me that everything was in great shape. Also, he complimented my vehicle and says he would like to get something similar one day. You can tell that he loves his job and enjoys helping people. I tried to offer him a cash tip as a way of saying thanks, but he politely refused. The positive vibe that this young man exudes is indicative of leadership material and hard work. He is truly an asset to this store and the brand as a whole. Thanks again Mr. Darwin! -Steve

    Very rude customer service. I was waiting in line, and the employee asked me to come over for help, but then answered the phone and completely ignored me while continuing to assist the woman on the phone. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
