  These guys saved my ass! I'm 2 hours away from home and 2 hours away from the hotel, heard a noise on 95. Stopped at the rest stop and saw my rear break assembly was hanging. Both bolts holding it on fell out. I had it towed over here real quick and they took me right away! The car was on the lift asap and they told me unfortunately they couldn't source the bolts anywhere because they were dealership only. Then they called the dealership and they didn't even have them! Then these guys got together and started trying to match the bolt threads. All of a sudden they let me know they found two bolts that I needed and I was off! I was out in like 30 mins! It's rare you receive customer service like these guys showed me. I wish I lived closer and I would go to them all the time. Extremely satisfied, I would recommend to everyone.

  Provided the best price around on tires for my Tesla. Even offered an $85 alignment which I thought was a deal. I agreed to the alignment and was later called and was told that since it’s a Tesla, it is 175. OK, I get it premium(ish) vehicle. I got to the store and asked for the alignment printout. The customer service rep told me nicely that the printer was broken. However, next time I should ask ahead of time so that the mechanic can take a picture. I’ll be sure to remember that on a service that I get every couple years. The icing on the cake and why I am ticked off enough to give a review is that all four tires were under spec by seven psi. I shouldn’t be getting my car back with the tire lights kicking on. Also on the warranty, they only honor their work warranty if you come back within 25 miles to check the lug nuts? I’ve never heard of such a thing.
