The service was ok, but I needed my tires rotated and they said that the lift didn't work on my suv. My suv is just a small, compact, Buick Encore with no customization. I was surprised. I thought too that fluids were checked and filled if needed. I went to use my windshield washer today and found out I was out of fluid 2 days after I had the oil changed. I'm fine with filling myself, but I thought that was part of the service . I put that the service is overpriced, but I used a coupon that made it reasonable.

Super Convenient. Fast and easy. They do multiple services and inform you on any factory recommendations without being salesmen or pushy about them. Thorough and professional. Will return for sure Dante, Renier, and Nikki were awesome!

Be Ware! I took my vehicle to this location several times. The first time they broke off the bolts to my skid plate and didn't inform me. On my next scheduled visit a different tech informed me 3 of my 4 bolts were missing. I informed them I had only taken my vehicle to their location for service. He looked for replacement bolts which they didn't have but informed me if I purchased them and brought them in they would install them. I did this an upon my next visit they informed me they had in fact been broken off and couldn't be replaced. Spoke to the manage and was informed they wouldn't do anything about it. I highly recommend going anywhere else. The issue may not have been created from their current staff, but they won't stand behind their work or damage. Now I am stock with the issue and cost to fix.
