  The staff at Valvoline in Hickory is so friendly and helpful. The oil change service is fast and makes my day so smooth. Highly recommend!

  The folks at Valvoline are always really helpful, friendly, and I never feel intimidated like I do at other auto repair/shops. I usually enjoy seeing a lot of women working at this particular location, though last time it was all men and they were also very friendly and clear with everything they needed me to do (which wasn't much at all!). It's always a very quick service and I feel the price is always pretty fair as far as auto stuff is concerned. I would pay a little extra anyhow since the experience is always so pleasant.

  Service was excellent. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I had all my fluids topped off, oil changed, and rear differential fluid changed. I’m definitely coming back in the future.

  I’ve been to this location multiple times. Each time I come here the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and my oil is changed very quickly. Thank you so much for the awesome and quick service!

  These guys are FAST! My high mileage older vehicle was in need of an oil change and when I stopped in here for that I was pleasantly surprised to find out they do Rear differential changes too! I had been meaning to get that done also and with everything they did, I was in and out in less than 20 mins!! Felt like a race car pit stop! Lol And all the Techs that helped me out were super friendly and great to work with! 10/10
