  I took appointment on Monday and I came on time she said I can't take you today. I don't have technician. Can you come tomorrow? I said OK I came on Tuesday. She said we have Car on the. Alignment sorry can you come Wednesday? I came on Wednesday. There is another guy. He said you don't have an appointment. They waste my time for three days to fix my car.

  ZERO STARS. Horrible experience. Will never use MrTire again. My appointment was for 2 back tires at 1030 am. My car was not finished until 3pm. The manager Brea had zero explanation as to why a 30 minute tire job took 6 hours. The manager was defensive and unprofessional.

  This was my first time visiting Mr. Tire, and I had a great experience with the service today. The staff was very friendly, professional, and everything was handled in a reasonable amount of time. The service was high quality and the price was fair. I will definitely be coming back! My only note is that the parking lot at this location is a bit limited and can be difficult to get in and out of, but the excellent service makes it worth it. Highly recommended!

  After my old tire was replaced, they took my spare tire and tossed it into the back of my car ( third row seat). They did not put the spare back under the car like they should have. I had to go back the next day to have them put it under the car. This is not acceptable.

  I visited this Mr Tire over a month ago and Daquan Goode left a lasting impression on me. I had a flat tire after a 12hr shift and went to this shop, Daquan was busy helping the customer ahead of me and I left feeling defeated but he pulled up the garage door asking how he could help. I explained the situation and he said if I gave him about 30 minutes he could help me out. He let me wait in my car and was available to help me in about 20 minutes. He was very professional and quick, the plug was not expensive and has given me no issues so far. Definitely recommend this shop!
