The problem is with their new call center - which goes to mostly foreign people, who have no knowledge of cars. First, I thought I was talking to a computer. The responses were scripted and canned. Second, I am trying to explain issues to someone who doesn't understand cars. It's a waste of time. And third, and most important, when I arrived to drop off my car, the shop had no record of my appointment. The call center failed to record it correctly. Please go back to actual people who know what they are doing.

However, through the stressful process John was wonderful, had my tires ordered to be shipped the next day, and worked around my clinical schedule to get me in to get my new tires without me having to miss clinical. Need more workers like John.
- ARAntonio RodriguezApr 13, 20261.0I took my vehicle to Mr. tire for rotation and balance, I specifically asked for the tires to be rotated in the pattern that the manufacture requires. The technician didn’t rotate the tires correctly, and when I asked to correct the tires, it led to unprofessional behavior by the store manager that they had to redo the tire rotation, and after the second attempt, the tires were still out of rotation. The most unprofessional Store manager that I have ever came across.
