If you are reading this PLEASE RUN!!
I have dealt with shady shops in the past, B
but honestly, this is by far the shadiest place I have ever taken my vehicle. They will talk you up to repair things that do not need to be repaired, which is something another user has also stated. What was supposed to be a simple caliber of repair turned into struts, new tires, oil change, brakes and then Caliber. The kicker here, is that the parts that they were supposed to fix, they didn't actually fix!! While our vehicle sat in the shop it's price tag for repair quickly went feon $400 to $2300. Over the weekend, it was crickets. We would have to constantly call this shop to get updates. I believe on saturday when we had called, we had asked about what was going on and they told us that they had put on a bad strut, and then used our warranty to replace it. Which means somewhere down the road,
If the strut were to go up again since the company had already used it, we could not use that warranty anymore. This is, this is something we did not consent to. They also informed us that they were having a few complications with the vehicle. At that point Honestly they should have just been transparent and called it quits and had us bring the vehicle somewhere else. But they didn't, and they preceded the "repair" after assuring us that we would be compensated for our time that we now had to spend ubering around. ( Fun fact we weren't really compensated) instead, they rose the price tag higher, and then dropped it by two hundred. We got the vehicle back and noticed that our tire was quite literally smoking. You know, the very thing that we took the vehicle in to repair, IT WAS STILL DOING!!! My son and my husband were stranded on the side of the road.Because of how bad it got if you look at the picture, you can quite literally see that the caliber was melting.I mean literally bubbling and smoking. we called customer service for the second time who reached out to the local shop again that I stated that I absolutely did not want to go back to. The store manager called and quite honestly, his attitude was aweful. I told him that my son and my husband were both in danger. And he thought it was quite humorous. Once the vehicle got to the shop, they told us that they tried to replace the part twice and that it was still smoking and they were unable to fix it at this point. You know, they were unable to fix the thing that they told us that they had already fixed and charged us for.. Told us it was probably a recall on our vehicle to which we called the actual dealership and were told that there was no recalls whatsoever. I now have to go get more repairs to my vehicle that we're not correctly done here. I kindly would like to ask the company for my money back at this point as my car is quite literally, a death trap.... do your research, please before doing your business here. Also, the gentleman who actually worked on my vehicle told me out of his mouth that he was not a mechanic so do with that, as you will...
Them offering a thirty dollar coupon is absolutely absurd. After the amount of hell, they put my Husband through (a retired veteran mind you) is literally absurd
DO BETTER AND HIRE REAL MECHANICS!!
P.s I want my money back
