  I've been coming to this Mavis Tire & Brakes location for over 15 years, when it was formerly named NTB. I don't live in the area and there are many tire or brake facilities near where I live, 20 miles away. Even though the name has changed and some of the people have changed, the same great professional service has not changed. That is the reason I make the drive instead of going to an auto service location nearer to me. It's well worth the drive. On this visit, I bought 2 new tires, got an oil & filter change, air filter and new wiper blades. My experience was 5 Star from beginning to end. Brook greeted me. I told her what I was looking to have done. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and even knew the company history. She scheduled my appointment. Joseph performed the service on my vehicle. He was a familiar face to me. I believe he has been working at that location for about 10 years or so it seems. His work today matches the outstanding work he has completed in the past. The fact that he has been there so long is an indicator of all the good people he has as coworkers. When evaluating any auto service shop, the devil is in the details. It's the things few customers notice. The crew at Mavis has it covered in spades. I wish I could give them more than 5 Stars for their consistency. A customer can go there without hesitancy or worry. I've been doing it for years and different vehicles I have owned. The only thing that I wish they would add is a coffee machine. If not, I'll still have all my work done there and bring my own. Thank you to the crew at Mavis for keeping me safe and comfortable on the road.

  Mavis Tires provided me with a super deal on all the work a needed done on my Pathfinder. Their price was 1/3 of what the dealer wanted for the same work!
