  I recently visited Mavis Tire for what I expected would be a routine oil change, but the experience exceeded my expectations thanks to Service Manager John. From the moment I arrived, John was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. Rather than simply completing the oil change and sending me on my way, he took the time to explain my vehicle's diagnostic information in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. He thoroughly reviewed the maintenance items that needed attention, prioritizing what was important without applying any pressure or sales tactics. His ability to communicate technical information professionally while remaining approachable and personable was truly appreciated. It's refreshing to encounter someone who combines expertise with excellent customer service. John's honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to helping customers make informed decisions made a routine visit a very positive experience. I highly recommend Mavis Tire, and especially John, to anyone looking for trustworthy and exceptional automotive service.

  The prices are fantastic but more importantly the customer service is outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to help us out. I will use Mavis for all my cars. Thank you all!!!!

  I had a blowout from a pothole with a less common sized tire. I called 15 minutes before closing and these guys got me in ASAP so that I could complete a 14 hours drive the next day. Thanks you guys!

  It was almost closing time on a Thursday and I needed quick service turnaround for an upcoming trip very early Saturday morning and Joseph determined my needs but couldn't do the work then because I had no wheel locks key. He advised he could get someone there the next day and do the job I needed. Joseph was confident, very courteous and I could tell really wanted to help. All went as planned and I was ready for my trip on schedule. Could not have been happier anywhere else or with anyone else. Mavis is my new go to in from now on.

  I'd like to say that there were issues with getting in for service which was of no fault of the people at the Mavis auto location. I gave this a 5 star rating because of the price and especially because of the service , and the time Joseph took to explain the situation going on with my car and what it would take to fix it. He also pointed out a situation that could be a future problem which allows.me to address this in the next few weeks. I really appreciate this at a time when it was so unexpected and almost ruined my weekend. The whole experience here was above board and I'll be back , it's rare to find someone that you can trust with your car, I believe I've found it. Joseph the mechanic was wonderful! Also, Joe the cashier was great also, it all lead to a great experience. Thank you so much!!!!
