  When I tell you, I received the best service I’ve ever received in my entire life here at the Bel-Air location. The staff was extremely knowledgeable. More importantly Brooke took the time to explain my issues. She took the time to show me an outline thoroughly my concerns. It was no guessing I did not feel as though I was being taken advantage of she took her time and clearly articulated what needed to be done and I was 100% comfortable having her work on my car. This wasn’t the first time I’ve used them, but this is the first time they’ve done mechanical work for some maintenance issues. I will definitely be using them again. This is the customer service. Every mechanic should be striving for.

  Had a problem with air leaking from one of my tires that I had recently purchased from Mavis Bel Air. The employees at the Bel Air store diagnosed the problem (faulty valve stem) on the tire and replaced the tire (with a new valve stem) for no charge! In addition, they replaced the valve stems on the remaining tires (also for no charge). I really appreciate the service and effort that they put into resolving the problem. They provided excellent customer service.

  Best Tire/Auto place ever‼️‼️ Kudos to the manager & all employees. Joseph is the greatest!! He is super friendly & knowledgeable. Brooke is also super friendly. Using Trump's style " THESE ARE THE GREATEST EMPLOYEES & THERE'S NOBODY BETTER. YOU MUST GO & HAVE YOUR TIRES SERVICED HERE. YOU WON'T REGRET IT" God bless y'all. We are customers for life‼️

  Was having issues with one of my plates at the bottom of my car falling off so needed an emergency right off the highway. Met with Joseph, who was amazing. He walked us through everything that might’ve occurred and helped us fix the issue on our 3 hour ride back home. Very informative, knowledgeable, and nice!
