  I had my SUV serviced here after dealing with loud engine noise, loss of power, and serious concerns that my transmission or even my engine might be failing. I had visited multiple places beforehand, and no one was able to accurately diagnose the issue or give me any real answers, which became very frustrating and stressful. From the beginning, Service Advisor Charlie Cooper did an excellent job facilitating the entire process and making sure everything was handled professionally. Technician Nate also did an outstanding job servicing my SUV and clearly paid close attention to detail. The professionalism and care shown throughout the entire process made a major difference. After the work was completed, the loud noise I had been dealing with was gone, and I finally felt a huge sense of relief. I truly appreciated that they didn't just guess at the problem. They took the time to properly inspect, diagnose, and service my vehicle the right way. They also handled my maintenance service and showed attention to detail that gave me confidence my vehicle was being thoroughly looked after. What stood out most was their honesty, communication, and willingness to help when other places couldn't provide answers. They gave me peace of mind and restored my confidence in my SUV again.   I'm very happy with my service. They were able to get me in quickly for an inspection. We did have a miscommunication, but they made it right. I would definitely go back for service.

  If there was a lower figure than one star I would definitely give it to these people. They are garbage. They do terrible work. They do not know how to align a car. I had my car back to them twice. Got it back pulling to the right and they said it was okay. Never take your vehicle to these people. They are garbage. Go to metal mechanic or churchville Auto on route 136
