The old and young gentlemen were very nice, helpful and professional. However the middle-age, brunette was loud, haughty and unpleasant-not helpful at all. I hope she gets the help that she needs. Otherwise, thank you !

I came in for a 12V battery replacement. The part was out of stock, but the employee said if I paid for expedited shipping, they’d have it the next day and install it. I specifically asked if he was sure they could do the install. He said yes, no problem. The next day, the store was chaos. Half the staff were huddled around one computer trying to sort out someone’s return. The employee who rang me up handed me the battery and said he couldn’t install it because he was “just a driver,” then made no effort to find anyone who could. After 10 minutes of standing around, another employee told me I needed to wait for “someone in a gray shirt,” but he also didn’t go find one. Three different employees passed me off before anyone with authority spoke to me, and none of them went to find the person they told me to wait for. Another 10 minutes later, someone finally walked out to my car with his tools, looked at it, and told me they actually couldn’t install it after all. The manager confirmed the first employee had told me wrong. But when I returned the battery, they refused to refund the $16 shipping charge, a charge I only paid because they told me they could do the job. No apology. The manager seemed annoyed that I was even there. I called roadside assistance instead. They showed up in 40 minutes and replaced the battery for over $100 less than AutoZone was charging. Over an hour wasted, $16 gone, and treated like an inconvenience the whole time. Would not recommend.
