I was welcomed with a smile and great customer service! The young man that assisted me didn’t have a name tag on but was working in the middle bay and had braces and a great smile! Thank you for consistent great service here!
- IAIzzie Arrizza3 days ago3.0We visited Valvoline Canton location on Friday afternoon before leaving on vacation out of state on Sunday Morning. Unfortunately the guys who did the oil change only reattached the engine splash guard with 2 of 7 screws. We only Figured this out the next day on the highway when there was a loud flapping noise of the loose piece coming off of the bottom of the vehicle. We returned this morning as soon as they opened and asked them to properly reattach it. It set us back a few hours but they were kind enough to do quickly and thoroughly.
- GIGreg Illy4 days ago2.0I’ve used Valvoline for my company vehicle service on a few occasions. Nearly every time they have declined to rotate my tires. Today, the first technician ignored my request for tire rotation at check in, a second technician told me the impact wrench was broken, and the manager told me that the lift wasn’t working. If it’s policy not to rotate tires during peak hours I wish this was advertised. The apparent conflicting lies are not a good look. Despite this complaint, I am happy with the speed and efficiency of the oil change and air filter replacements. They seem to replace air filters and wiper blades every 7000 miles (3 months) for my company vehicle. I’d be weary of the technicians recommending these parts replaced so frequently on a personal vehicle.

The staff at this location were super friendly and thorough with their work. They showed me my transmission fluid and explained me how important it was to get a transmission flush. I really appreciated that! Delaney, Byron, and Marcus were all awesome!
