  My appointment was for 5:30 for a simple oil change. My car was not brought back until about 8. I was told my car would be ready really soon. 10:20 that night, the tech tells me they’re trying to get other cars done and that they wouldn’t have time for my oil change but I could come back first thing in the morning and it would only take 20 mins. I waited 5 hours for nothing. This used to be my go to shop.

  I made an appointment for state inspection and receiving confirmation email on Friday 8/16 for the following Monday 8/17. After arriving for my appointment, at the appointed time, I was told they no longer do state inspections and that everyone there had quit the following week. Needless to say I was very frustrated and had to make other arrangements. Thus is very unprofessional and cost me time and money trying to figure out what to do. I will NEVER grace My presence at another Mr.Tire in the future. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

  I have been taking my car there for years. Good service with manager Stephanie. I had a 7:30 appointment for an oil change. At 8 am Manager Shay informed me it would be 15 minutes for an oil filter to be delivered then they would get me taken care of. I waited until 9:10 then went inside with 4 other customers for 20 min waiting for someone to come to the counter. At 9:30 my car was still not being worked on. I asked for my key back. She called and canceled the filter which was not even out for delivery. Very dismissive and no apologies They knew my car make and should have had the filter there. I went 10 minutes up the road to Jiffy Lube. Tire rotation, oil change, and vacuum in 15 minutes. I will never go back. Stephanie made this location great.

  i scheduled an appointment online for new tires a week ago. when i took my car in for the appointment, i sat for almost 2 hours past my appointment time before anyone spoke to me, and then was told the tires i ordered were not available and that the service would be $200 more than what was estimated when i made the appointment as the website allegedly did not tack on all of the “mandatory services and service fees” despite showing a breakdown of the pricing when i booked the appointment. i ended up not being able to get any services done and wasted half my day sitting there. the manager also got a bit of an attitude when i said i would be taking it elsewhere. i do not recommend this shop at all.

  I busted one of my tires and booked an appointment for 7:30am to replace all 4 of my tires and an oil change. They didn't open the doors till 7:40am. The manager was on the phone with someone else while trying to help because their pay check was messed up. Personally I don't believe this call should happen in front of a customer, but whatever. I waited 3 hours in shop because I said I would wait, the manager told me that it shouldn't take long when they called for the assessment. At most they said an hour. I arrived at the shop at 12:40 and said I would wait till they finished. I had to already rearrange my work schedule thinking this would be done faster. But now I had to cancel my own client appointments because I can't get to work. I'm still waiting for my car after 2 hours. The manager stated that they were waiting for a technician to do the alignment on my tires even though I told them if it takes too long to not worry about it. I'll get someone else to do that. All I needed was an oil change and 4 brand new tires purchased and replaced. I can understand if they are under staffed or something, but at least inform the client that it'll take much longer than give inaccurate information.
