- ASAliya SommerlyAug 19, 20261.0made an appt at 10:18am and there was no phone call or anything from the shop. I arrive at the scheduled time nearly exactly. The black man with a beard decided he was going to start insulting me and telling me to get out when all I said was I was in game day traffic. It was a small electrical issue, easily could have been finished. He was also on his phone acting like I was bothering him lmao. Then after one insult too many I decided to let him know I'm not going to be abused. He didn't like that so he chased me into the parking lot. I had to draw my pepper spray...he said "complain to corporate I don't care" so I did and now the police will be notified, Carvana will be notified, and to that incompetent waste of space all I have to say is 🤡🤡🤡

- KSKayla SJul 15, 20261.0The guy was unnecessarily rude and hostile. He overcharged me for my tire, and he improperly installed my tire- it was flat the next day. I had to go somewhere else and they told me that it was just leaking air because he didn’t put the stem in correctly. He clearly takes no pride in his work and gets over on scamming people. My suspension was also messed up after he was left to replace my tire when it wasn’t before. I have never been treated as rudely by customer service as I have coming here. If you want to be overcharged, have your car damaged, and deal with rude employees this is the place.
