  They went above and beyond to accommodate me. Very personable service . Nice, polite , personable, and professional. Explained the service I received and showed me what was done and how to drive on my new brakes for the first few days.

  The experience was an easy one. I spoke to a representative and told him what I was trying to do. He gave me two appts and advice for when I dropped off my car. Deejay the actual employee at the shop was so personal and explained every detail and made sure he accommodated me because I had been without my car for 4 days. Answered questions and gave me alternatives . My service literally took a few hours and he explained everything once I came to pick up my car.. even suggested a good place to try for a great meal 😊

  From NYC and broke down in Baltimore Sunday afternoon. Firestone recommended Mr Tire for an engine evaluation as my Audi drained all coolant so I couldn’t drive it. Mr Tire has a $129 tow truck to me in 45 minutes and the guys at the 2101 Howard street location diagnosed worn out turbo cooler line in 10 seconds (mechanic Sean), the next day we got the parts from Audi and mechanic Brett did an outstanding job with the fix. Manager DJ very courteous and also knowledgeable. Fair price right out of the book. Drove back to NYC and no issues. Great guys and I’ll be back to your outfit for all my maintenance.

  I came in earlier today for what I thought was just a flat. Unfortunately, I needed new tires. I wasn’t pressured or oversold; in fact, they showed me the tread. I was able to get my rear tires replaced and aligned in under 2 hours, with great customer service. I cannot remember the gentleman’s name, but very nice.

  I've used this spot several times over the years, I find their services questionable. I'm suspicious that they didn't rotate my tires one time I brought my vehicle. It just appeared untouched from where I left it. That day I even ran by the location a few times and it was where I left it. I had to call them to ask them about the status of my car, to which they told me it was ready for pick up. It was exactly where and how I parked it and everything about it appeared untouched. Also last time I was here, they cross threaded my lug nut. I didn't find out about this till I brought my vehicle into another Mr. Tire location. So I'm not using this location again, nor will I use any Mr. Tire for the next time I need new tires.
