- JKj kJul 3, 20261.0Absolutely terrible location. My company has a large fleet and uses Monro facilities frequently. We have never had issues anywhere but this specific location. The tech broke a tire sensor when they were replacing a tire, then the manager swore he did not break it and charged us to replace what they broke. Even though my employee watched the damage occur and the repair tech was fully aware, and both called out the issue when it happened, the "manager" blatantly lied and said that they did not break the sensor. She even made up a total different story about the incident to force my company to pay for the repair and broken part. Run away!!!!!!!

- SJS JJun 29, 20262.0Went in for a simple oil change had an appointment at 3:30p, car was not ready until 6:15 p.m. no communication from attendee at front desk as to wait times, lack of customer service all around. Also location has no air conditioning in the waiting area which is deplorable

I had to walk to the nearby McDonalds because of the heat and stench of hot new tires. It could even be considered a health/safety hazard. Someone should really close this place down until they repair the air conditioning.
