  Wonderful staff. I had issues at the Nottingham location and they were able to squeeze me in here last minute. Only coming to this location from now on.

  Made appointment to get nailed removed from tire online. Showed up and said they couldn’t find the appointment and that four people would be ahead of us and they wouldn’t know if they would be able to do it so we left.

  Was told a price over the phone got there price was different man at the counter who claimed to be the manager with the worst attitude ever I explained the situation to him which he replied "they ain't post to give prices over the phones" not my fault was quoted 98.00 for an oil change tire rotation came in it was 126.00 I asked if.there was something that could be done i called the appt. Setters in front of him he got up and walked.away not sure when it became exceptable for the manager of a company to treat cust. This way but I didnt qoute myself that price I ended up at valvoline to get tje work done after years of going to mr. Tire I was forced by a managers attitude to relocate my business shame I liked mr. Tire beware it seems like if he cant make money off you he'll make you feel like you should go away your an inconvenience to him valvoline was more then happy to take my business and even gave me a $10 coupon and military discount

  Had a mid experience at this Mr. Tire. Went to get four tires installed on my car. The service technicians that were there barely knew how to drive a manual transmission car. After installation was completed the rear wheels were heavily scratched, with nothing being said to me about this happening. No A/C in the waiting area so waiting was fun.

  I had a terrible experience at this MR Tire Service location. I went there for a battery replacement and paid $373.09. The customer service was extremely disappointing. The lady at the front counter, who was wearing a pendant with “1999” on it (I don’t know her name), was very rude, unfriendly, and seemed unhappy to assist customers. To make matters worse, they damaged the side bracket of my headlight during the service. Instead of taking responsibility, I was left very frustrated. I will never return to this store and cannot recommend it to others. Very disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of the work.
