A scam plus extreme incompetence!
Avoid at all costs.
I got my oil changed there. It took over 4 hours. When I got the vehicle back, the tires weren't rotated, the fluids weren't topped off, and worst of all, the oil was over a quart low on oil! The dipstick was bone dry! How does that happen?!
I took it back and they said they didn't want to over fill it. I had to explain to them how a dipstick worked. That you need to wipe it off first then reinsert it and that there's a minimum line and that oil needs to be above that at the very least. They put a tiny bit of oil in there and said it was going to "over flow onto the engine block" if they add any more. I told them straight up "NO IT ISN'T!!! it's over a quart low, the oil still isnt touching the dipstick!" They poured maybe a half quart or so more in there and told me that "it was probably over filled now and the engine was now ruined." I was tired of dealing with them so I took my car and left. I got home and rechecked it, it's still only halfway between the min and max line. Worst of all, the oil doesn't look like fresh clean oil! I couldn't tell before because there wasn't any at all on the dipstick to even see! I doubt they even changed the oil filter.
The place is extremely dirty, it didn't even look like they were using clean oil but rather something that was strained out and reused. They used the same dirty plastic bucket to pour in everyone's oil, so hope you don't mind some conventional with your full synthetic! They didn't even measure the amount of oil they were pouring in anything.
Not only is this place a scam, but they couldn't even do it correctly if they wanted to.

Poor customer service. I had a flat tire and needed a new one. The mechanic told me he was familiar with replacing tires on Mercedes’, and broke my wheel sensor in the process of replacing my wheel.

I have a 2019 Toyota RAV4. I replaced my rotors and brakes myself. I have Electronic Parking Brake on the back I overextended the EPB piston. What you’re not supposed to do. This gave me a brake malfunction error code. I could not reset the code without a OBD2 scanner. I asked Mr Tire to just reset the code.
Mr. Tire looked into the problem and determined that the brakes, rotors, calibers, EPB actuators, flush the system, he stated “start from scratch.”The total cost of $4000. I did not want the work to be done.
After I picked up my car I did notice they cleared the code which is what I wanted. The parking light is flashing, which means the EPB just needs to be recalibrate. With the push of the parking brake button in sequence the EPS recalibrates. EPS is reactivated. The system is fixed. No need to replace the whole system.
In the long end, I feel they were just overpriced and not knowledgeable with a EPB system. But they did reset the error code that I asked.

Went there on a Saturday to have a tire patched. Due to the location of the puncture, it could not be repaired. Got a new tire then. After driving long distances for the next 2 days, my TPMS system alerted low pressure. I went to a for air pump just to discover my tires weren't low on pressure but my replacement was pumped up SOO DAMN HIGH, it took 3 pushes of the valve stem to release over 50 psi of air pressure just to get my air pressure gauge to actually provide a reading!! I could have literally died driving at highway speeds n hit something to cause my tire to explode!! Called n left a message yesterday but since I didn't die, wasn't important enough. Untrustworthy n dangerous.

I've used this spot numerous times over the years and my experience with the. Is frustrating. Whenever I schedule an appointment to rotate my tires with them, they're too busy to work on my vehicle and tell me I can leave it there overnight. What's the point of booking an appointment? They could at least call. One time I called to schedule am appointment and they told me I didn't need to, that I can just bring it on it.
One time, my driver side front tire wasn't holding air, so I brought it in. They told me there was nothing wrong with that tire, but that there was an issue with the passenger side tire and that it needed to be replaced. Said they found a razor that had punctured the tire. I declined their service and inspected the tire they said needed to be replaced. It was a washer that was wedged in the tire threads. I still haven't replaced that tire, it's been three years.
Trash service, dishonest people has been my experience here. When I need new tires, I'm not using Mr. Tire ever again.
