  I’ve gone to this location for years for tires and even though they often try to upsell me I have had a fine experience. But this week I brought my car in for an engine issue. I was quoted $1800. I went to another shop for a second opinion and they quoted me $450. I understand that often chains are more expensive but a 4x markup is ridiculous.

  Not good. In fact, quite bad. Double charged, did not replace the TPMS and stem like they said they would. Unreal.

  Mr.Steve was awesome. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He worked with me, my vehicle and my schedule he went above and beyond his duties to make sure I’m on the road safely. I will be going back and I would recommend all my folks.

  Worst experience ever oil change tire check the workers were arguing the front desk lady was arguing with customers and the staff in the back they argue so much a customer had to go in the back and tell them her baby was in the front lobby area the arguing was too loud we could hear everything they said first they argue over a cigarette lighter then they argue over paperwork I would never come back to this location the first lady was there from 830 am till 12 pm oil change and tire that's way too long and she had a appointment very unprofessional very rude just overall worst experience ever with oil change never again I would give zero stars hire new staff that actually have manners and know they are at a place of work not there living room no customers should have to deescalate a argument between two workers at a place of business very dissatisfied with this Mr Tire 2 employees were the ones who kept arguing so much it was at least a 1 hr on.off argument between them to the lady in the front was arguing with customers just unprofessional
