  We scheduled an appointment ahead of time and explained that we were using SilverRock when we made the appointment. The woman who booked the appointment assured us that they would handle the SilverRock claim when I came in. When we arrived, we still had to provide all the information that we had already provided on the phone. Steve then told us that he couldn’t submit the claim through SilverRock because he was “by himself” and had people on hold on the phone. If you don’t want to process SilverRock claims (which I believe was the real reason), then don’t advertise that you accept it. And if you are that understaffed, then hire more people—there are plenty of people looking for jobs. I decided to try Mr. Tire based on the reviews, but they didn’t meet my expectations at all. I’ll go somewhere else for my car maintenance needs.
