  The technician easily explained what the problem was with my flat tire. My car sensor was sending incorrect information. He repaired my tire and corrected the sensor. Very courestous and professional.

  I was traveling thru the area and needed a trailer tire and was pleased they could fit me in on short notice. The gentleman working the counter was a nice enough guy but told be the tire was $77 and the total would be $128 (which already seemed a little higher than other place for installation). He tell me I will pay after work was complete. I agreed and after the work was done, I go to pay and now the total is over $150, there were no extra services rendered. He said he was shop fees and blah blah. That should have been in the total quoted. I have never had this kind of experience when dealing with other tire shops.

  Absolutely heinous crap here. I don’t ever write bad reviews. So rarely. But I can’t atp. I paid $160 for 2 tires to be changed (would have been 60 at jiffy lube). They charged me for a maintenance check (free as per company policy). They charged me for valve stem replacements (didn’t ask for that they chose to take more of my money). And they only did it on one. That brand new valve stem was incorrectly installed, and I now have a flat tire from a leaking stem they installed improperly. From a valve stem that I didn’t ask for. I also waited 2 and a half hours in a lobby that was COMPLETELY EMPTY. So yeah. 2 days later, I have a flat tire from negligence, am no closer to solving a caliper issue, and am $160 in the hole. Atrocious work. I paid double-triple anywhere else, and waited triple the time. And now have more problems than before. Thanks for the headache guys! Note: Sorry, $174.97 (they made me pay to dispose my old tires too 😉)

  I came to this location because I knew I had a warranty; the guy says I didn't, but then looks in the system and says I do, but the manager whispers something to him and all of a sudden I dont have a warranty. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!

  Wow! I purchased tires online and had them shipped to this location. I called once I had confirmation that my tires had arrived. Stanley was so nice over the phone. I scheduled an appt which was today. Meeting him in person was the funniest thing ever. Outstanding customer service and he’s very knowledgeable. Staff was pleasant as well. Didn’t even take a full hour to replace my old tires with the new ones. Going back tomorrow to have other services taken care of because that’s just how good the customer service was to me. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was getting on his nerves asking all the questions that I asked. Check him out. Update: Got the rest of the work minus one thing completed on my car. The experience was nothing short of amazing. Everyone was working hard and I witnessed excellent customer service. One more thing to complete and my bby will be where she needs to be. So glad I locked this location to service my car.
