I came to park my car and was told we would park somewhere else. So I leave. Mind you, I was only in here for 10 minutes... I could understand if I was in here for 30 minutes, but I just wanted to turn around. I knew nothing about their "five-minute grace period." I would like to think the normal standard is 15 minutes... I pleaded with management to see if they would let me out, and they said no; I had to pay anyway. Well, I was barely in the garage; I need that $8 more than you all do, and I didn't even stay in there longer than 10 minutes... Like, dang, you couldn't have a little mercy on me for driving in there accidentally? Definitely won't come back just from that shitty experience.
Expensive and not worth it except for monthly parking.
I parked inside this garage one day and went to the kiosk to pay to which the kiosk did not process my payment. This entire encounter is on the cameras at the north elevator entrance. I then left to go to the office where there is never anyone working also by the way to find that there were no one working. There were no customer service number on the office door or window, not even at the entrance. However they have many, many, many big posted signs that says LAZ parking with a phone number on each and every sign I saw so how comvient. I contacted the number on these signs which were all the same, I even checked online and the same number was posted online. So I gave a call due to me paying and my payment not being processed but now im stuck inside of this parking facility to which a male answered the phone. I wish I can call this person a gentleman or a man but that would be giving this person more respect than they gave me as i simply tried to address the matter at hand. This person answered the phone in a hurry in his best sleeeeepy voice full of annoyance, ignorance, and lack of concern cut me off from speaking and says this is a personal number and hung up the phone. In total shock and disbelief I attempted to call back for a simple resolution to which this person did not bother to answer the phone. So a day go by and I check my card transactions to see that my card was indeed charged for a service I never received. So I contacted the same number to which the same male sounded to be in better poly spirits and I state the situation I now have of being charged for a service I never received only to be met with a response just as low as the time before. This male acknowledged his affiliation with the garagr and continued to show a Lack of concern, lack of accountability, denied any further involvement with this facility even after stating he's affiliated with it. He then proceeds to tell me as a matter of fact im not there im on vacation hung up and never answered again. Do as you wish but this was my experience.
$8 for a Saturday afternoon show at the center stage.
Ample parking for a Sunday afternoon Balt Ctr Stage matinee with available handicapped spots. North elevator goes to Calvert street, closest to theater. One downside, I purchased ahead online, but there is no reader on any tkt machine; had to take a tkt on entry and pay again when leaving. Price is very fair, so not a horrible situation.
