When I brought my concerns to him, he had nothing to say. He told me I was being charged correctly regardless of what I was saying. And I usually give my car done a Jiffy louvre, and I was never charged this amount before before. I said anything. It was a $172. I was like you must be crazy. So hey was this messive? He got on the phone and called the customer and ignored me. Like, he wasn't trying to hear anything that I was saying. His customer service is so very sorry and terrible, and I hope that someone take this. Accordingly, he was not like that. When he was at the Harvard road location, I don't know what the deal is. But it was definitely very unprofessional. But the technicians were very nice, and they were very professional.

During my visit, I was told there was a broken screw and that I needed to get a new one. I took the time to go out, buy the part, and come back—only to be told by another staff member that they couldn’t fix it and that I should go to a mechanic shop instead. This was extremely frustrating and felt like a complete waste of my time. On top of that, the staff member’s behavior was rude and unprofessional, which made the whole situation even worse. I won’t be returning here again. Definitely not the kind of service I expect, especially as a repeat customer.
