  I was able to rent the vehicle that I wanted and it was ready at the scheduled time. The staff was very nice and professional.

  Horrible experience at this location the worst customer service i ever received from a manager by the name of Simeon.DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION! I reserved a car thru my insurance claim only to get to this location for them to tell me they don’t have any cars available the manager then preceded to tell me i can call around an check because all ENTERPRISES are independently owned and that he couldn’t check other locations inventory, this is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I thought the purpose of reserving a vehicle was to insure the vehicle pick up i was bamboozled into making a reservation for a location that don’t have vehicles an while there i was belittled called buddy an treated very unprofessional. This has been an unacceptable experience an i don’t ever plan on doing business with enterprise if this is a common business practice. This car experience has cost me a lot and the treatment at that location needs to be reviewed

  I love this enterprise on harford road. Nice staff, very efficient and communicative - they really try to make customers happy.

  The worst representation of Enterprise.com the vehicle i reserved . And received confirmation to pick up at location of 6811 Hartford .. the Manager said he has no cars available His name is Jason .. and I would have to go to another location to SEE if anything was available very Piss poor management. Never rent from this location
