- CPChris Preisinger6 days ago1.0Second year in a row Enterprise didn't have the vehicle I requested and the time of my reservation. Then they reveal this location doesn't even carry the requested vehicle in the first place. They try to offer smaller alternative but end up not even being able to rent that out because it needs an oil change. Another patron was there at the same time, made all the necessary precautions of double checking and calling that they had the vehicle in the days prior and he still left without the vehicle he needed. Do not choose this location if you aren't able to take the high risk on them not having what you requested on the day you need it.

The staff that shows me to the car hardly has time to stop and answer question about the car. You need more staff or people that are friendly. One time the car was almost on the empty line and several warning lights came on. The next time the car had under a quarter of a tank. I expect a car to have half a tank of gas so I don’t have to put $50 gas in it to drive out of the city.
