- NMNichapa MinOct 2, 20261.0Very disappointing experience with this rental location. This location was selected by our insurance company, not by us. When we arrived, we were given only one cars but there also a large one we have to pay our of pocket, while the other was extremely small. One of the employees was rude and seemed to be rushing us to sign the paperwork without giving us enough time to properly review everything. We did not feel comfortable with the situation, so we decided not to take either car. We would not return to this location if we had a choice. If I could give zero stars, I would.

- IWIke WachukuSep 4, 20261.0These people had a scheduled appointment with me, allowed me to come in, then told me they had nothing. If they didn’t have any cars, they could’ve warned me, transferred me to somewhere else; literally anything besides their gross negligence would’ve sufficed. If not for forced contracts with other large companies, they wouldn’t have a business.
