  The one star is only because a rating is required to post a review. My experience with management at this location was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I encountered a billing issue where I was charged through Sunday and Monday, despite returning my insurance rental Saturday night via after-hours drop-off. When my contract was closed by Veronica, there was no clear disclosure of the actual close-out date. Additionally, at no point during my extension was I informed that after-hours weekend drop-off would result in additional charges. This lack of transparency is concerning, especially given that insurance rentals are based on calendar days. When I attempted to resolve the issue, I spoke with the manager, Takera Smalley, whose conduct was unacceptable. She spoke over me repeatedly, raised her voice, and ultimately ended the call while I was still speaking. This interaction was dismissive and unprofessional. I also question the legitimacy and clarity of the notice posted regarding after-hours returns, as it does not appear consistent with standard corporate documentation. Overall, this experience reflects poorly on the professionalism and customer-first values I expected from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Unfortunately, this situation has cost them a long-time customer.
