  This was an excellent experience!!!! I had been renting vehicles from Avis at the airport. The same rental at Avis was approximately 2x the amount I paid at enterprise for a standard vehicle. At enterprise the customer service and the cleanliness of the vehicle were excellent. I booked my rental at 2am and they had a vehicle ready for me when I went to pick up. It was no long wait. They quickly verified my booking and my id and credit card on file and in less then 10 mins I was driving off the lot with the rental. Also when returning the vehicle it was awesome! Handed them the keys they did a quick walk around the vehicle and I was free to leave after being sent my final receipt. This was such a great experience!!! I will absolutely be back soon!!!

  My appointment to pick up was at noon. As I was walking up, on time, the guy locked the doors. I literally was right behind him, said hello, and he closed the door in my face. I knocked and he came back with an attitude saying they were closed. I told him I had a scheduled time. He was acting like I was lying and looking at me like I was stupid. He got my name and found that yes, my time was noon but they called me to come in earlier. I didnt know they called and I'm not obligated to come in early. The website shouldn't schedule pick up times when they're just going to slam the door in your face when you show up at that time. The dude had a massive attitude but started to actually help me but told me they didnt have the car I reserved. Then said they needed a credit card in my name because I'm out of state. I don't have that. I have a debit card with more than enough funds available. Dude was condescending, asked if someone else had a credit card I could use. I told him my mom was just outside. He then said it wouldn't work because the card needed to be in my name. Well why did you even ask?? He lectured me about the schedule time and needing a credit card and all that and I walked out. I understand policy. My problem is the accumulation of all the issues within a 10 minute conversation. I do not recommend this branch.

  Enterprise is a very good company to rent from their vehicles selection are very wide and their price affordable good company great experience!
