    Reserved a car 2 weeks in advance for Xmas trip to see my elderly mother in Salisbury, Md. Went to pick up the car and was told there weren’t any. The customer service guy was rude, unapologetic and offered no explanation or help or future discount/token offering. Just, “We don’t have any cars” aka “You’re on your own.” Disgraceful.

    5 stars — Selena, Jeremie, and the whole team at Enterprise Reservoir Hill are absolutely exceptional: We've visited this location twice recently, and both times were seamless from start to finish — but what really keeps us coming back is the people. We walked in during a tough time, and Selena immediately made us feel like family. That's not something you can train — that's just who she is. She and Jeremie took incredible care of us, and we truly cannot sing their praises loud enough. They are warm, helpful, kind, and genuinely present in a way that is increasingly rare in customer service. What makes this even more impressive is that we know the industry landscape — Enterprise as a company has been stretching its employees thin, with large workloads and understaffed locations. And yet, somehow, Selena and Jeremie show up every single day smiling and giving their absolute best. That kind of dedication and grace under pressure is extraordinary. They are exemplary employees, and the rest of the team we interacted with at this location is equally wonderful. These two genuinely made us want to be Enterprise customers — and that says everything. If you're in the Baltimore area and need to rent a car, go to Reservoir Hill. You'll be in the best hands. Thank you, Selena, Jeremie, and the entire team. You made a hard day a little easier, and we won't forget it.

    Was told to go to Sisson Street location to exchange my vehicle for a new one, due to a flat tire. This location is 30 minutes from my house. Made this reservation with Enterprise over the phone the night before. When I show up at 9am, I was told there was no vehicle available for me, and I needed to drive to BWI location to obtain a trade. Thidbis anither 25 minuyes away! Never offered to get a Uber to drive me to BWI, or any other option, besides taking the risk of driving even further on a donut. And this knowing I would have to drive on the highway to the BWI location. Yhe Sission Street location also turned down 2 other people who had confirmed reservations, stating they did not have vehicles. How does the location accept and book reservations knowing they have no vehicles!? And they also offered the other 2 customers no solution, just to go to BWI. One lady had taken a widespread to Sisson, and now had to use that again. So much of my time and money wasted. On the bright side, rhe BWI location couldn't have been more helpful. They were able to give me a trade immediately and took care of all the paperwork for the trade. They also said I could take the trade back to any location.

    Great option but check the store hours - don’t schedule your pick up for the same time as their closing because there is ABSOLUTELY NO GRACE PERIOD and they do not call to confirm even though you confirm through their text messages. Govern yourselves accordingly.
