  They were quick, competent and kind getting me into a rental when my car was struck by a hit and run. However, I was charged for 3 days after insurance ran out and I had to leave the car at the dealership where I bought my new car. I left it Saturday, but since no one picked it up until Monday, I was charged for 3 days. The fact that they did that knowing my car was totaled and I did the best I could given my insurance didn't settle the claim until day 29 of my 30 days was legal, but not moral as I explained when I asked to have Monday refunded. I was told mt case would be escalated and I'd receive a call by the end of day yesterday. I never received a call. I feel my misfortune was taken advantage of, and I plan to look elsewhere in the future. Thanks to the kind staff I am being gracious with thus review despite my disappointment. I hope you will show similar compassion to your customers in the future. You were certainly compensated fairly. Don't be greedy when people are already struggling. I couldn't reply to the response, but I am truly tapped out from this experience. I will not be following up.

  Even though, they were very busy, they made sure, you understood, that they would take care of you, as soon as possible, which they did, some folks, just don't have a lot of patience, that's no me, good job, Enterprise Rent A Car... Thank you..

  The agent was excellent. She got me in and out with in 15 minutes. The car was nice and clean. My overall experience was positive.

  Staff were soooo pleasant and quick ! I would highly recommend this location. One too many time I’ve had a location with horrible service or just didn’t have a car I booked for.
