  I had the best experience with Enterprise in Reservoir Hill. I rented a Mustang convertible for my boyfriend’s birthday as a fun surprise for our day trip to DC. The entire process was fantastic from start to finish. The communication was excellent, and I really appreciated how attentive they were to my notes about wanting something a little more high-end and special for the occasion. They went above and beyond to make it happen, and found the exact car I was hoping to rent. Would rent exclusively from this enterprise location. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and really easy to communicate with. Shout out to Kayla (I think is her name… I’m terrible with names) but she was an huge asset in helping me with this surprise. Every time I called the office, I get right through to a person and they have an update for me immediately. The office was clean, spacious, and they truly got us all in and out in the 15 minutes I was waiting for the car to be cleaned. Side note: I feel like every time I go into a place like this, there is barely one person working. At this site there were multiple employees and all of them so eager to help. Good vibes, especially on an Saturday morning. Huge thank you to the whole team for being so accommodating and helping me pull off such a fun surprise!

  Made a reservation ahead of time. Unfortunately we couldn't get the car we reserved. So the guy was kind enough to give us a discount for not having any more of them in. We wound up getting a Mirage. For just 3 of us, it works for a few days❤️💯. Very kind, and quick to get us in the car!!!! Absolutely wonderful people to have working there.

  Very disappointing experience. We had a confirmed reservation and were told a car would be available, but when we arrived, they said they had no cars. They completely wasted our time, and instead of helping, the staff started ignoring us. Poor customer service and unreliable reservations. Would not recommend.

  very bad experience here i reserved a car and came here to pickup but then they said we dont have any car avaivale but i resereved a car not a good service employees ingnore when they dont have any answer
