I LOVE THAT THIS LOCATION IS OPEN ON SUNDAYS!!!I have to travel up north to visit family at least once a month and I appreciate the great customer service from Carolyn, Corey and other staff members. Sometimes I even find myself stuck in traffic and not being able to get back before their office closes.…I’m told not to worry and get back safe. Thank you guys for being kind and considerate.

Call center completely incompetent. 4 different prices and one said I have to call Geico in order to get the discount and get a code. Called Geico and they said they never heard of this before. Spent way too much time talking to rude, incompetent people.

Our family needed a reliable car for a beach trip and the team at Enterprise did a great job setting us up for the week. The rental pick up and return experience was smooth. Communication was clear and the car was in great shape. Nothing better than having a clean, reliable car to alleviate any concerns ahead of a long drive.

I will only use the Joppa Rd location if absolutely necessary. Why: When I received the vehicle the fuel was at 3 quarters full, and when I returned the vehicle, I unintentially had filled the gas tank. I asked for credit for the extra quarter of fuel and the answer was; "No" "it's only a quarter tank" "think of it as paying it foward". Not acceptable. I called Enterprise customer service and the support center saw the beginning fuel amount vs the return fuel amount and provided a credit. Simple and fair resolution. Lesson for Joppa Rd: Make the right judgment call and think of the customer. Fuel is not cheap, and it was an honest mistake. Also, if the vehicle was brought back with less fuel than was required, no questions asked, there would be a fuel charge, not a "pay it foward" benefit. Advantage goes to Enterprise in this instance. Nothing personal at all, as the staff at Joppa Road is ALWAYS pleasant and easy to work with. The "think of it as paying it forward" comment was simply not appreciated but the immediate credit from Enterprise Customr Support was greatly appreciated.
