  Joppa road staff friendly gets you in and out fast, courteous service. Jacob helped me operate the suv after I left eventhough it was closing time he answered. I was provided a vehicle fitting for my trip. All the staff were pleasant

  Check the car they give you for oil leaks. The VW we were given left oil stains on a brand new parking pad. Also note the reviews attached to this is a sham. If you rate this company with a two or three I can't understand why the complaint was thanked for. This is definitely answered by a system generated response.

  In late April 2026, I rented a car from the Joppa location. It was an absolute nightmare getting my deposit back. I had added a protection that I later came in-person to cancel and they were refusing to refund me for that despite making it seem that there would be no issue if I later decided to remove it. The day I returned the car the lady there told me that she couldn’t process the deposit refund and the protection refund at the same time and that the manager would call me; she seemed irritated that I asked for MY money back. I received no such call and had to contact them multiple times before I finally just went in person. I was finally able to get my money back a week after I had returned the car to them. I was only refunded for the protection because I pressed them for it. It was already a stressful time given that I’d been in a car accident and my horrible experience with them just added to my stress. The employees there, particularly Corey, can be very disrespectful. He tried to argue with me about money that I was owed—the receipts/charges are right there in the system so why did it need to be so difficult to get MY money back. Additionally, he refused to email me my receipt. I had to go in person for a simple receipt.

  Brandon from the Joppa rd location helped me out tremendously. Give that guy a raise! He was so helpful and made sure I got my sunglasses 🕶️ out from the compartment before I left. Huge help! Thanks Brandon for being so professional!

  Everyone was very professional and nice! Most professional staff i’ve seen in a long long time, everyone I spoke to I had a great experience. The car was great and they worked very easily with my insurance to help me with getting the car! I had a tire light come on and they had me bring it right back and worked on it in no time to make it right. I didn’t mind at all that the light came on, just wanted to not get in trouble with the company haha, but they were so kind and apologetic and explained that the sensors can be a problem at times and if I had a problem at all, I could always have them check it out. I would absolutely recommend enterprise and specifically the parkville md location! Great experience.
