  The customer service was excellent and the cars were clean, but trying to get my security deposit back was a complete nightmare. I spoke to the manager and he said that he was gonna give it back and now I’m still continually waiting on day three and it’s already been two days. This overall has made my experience very upsetting.

  Inventory system is flawed. The local place will tell you they have cars then transfer you to the 1800 number who says they don't have cars available and steer you to other locations far away from you. Be careful renting from this company. They will have you driving from location to location looking for a vehicle.

  When it was time to give my bank card information the funds were deducted from my account without a problem. I returned the car with a full tank of gas and I had to return to enterprise to ask why my money hadn't been deposited back into my account. It hadn't been done and it was done 2 days ago and I still haven't seen my $166. I think I'll try Hertz the next time. I'm not at all satisfied. I never should have had to return back to Enterprise and request my deposit. As of today, it still hasn't been deposited back into my bank. I'll try Hertz the next time.

  Today I came to this Enterprise location that I have previously used to pick up my reserved rental. When I arrived I was told they didn’t have the SUV I reserved two weeks ago. I didn’t receive a phone call or email about the lack of a full size suv. This was an inconvenience and disruption to my day.
