  they was very helpful 10/10 service. whole staff, didn’t have 1 problem, not often you get good service now in days so this was definitely a pleasant experience!!

  Extremely disappointed! Previously rated 5 star as I have worked with enterprise for years. In addition my Grandfather ran the bel air road location for multiple decades! I average 2-3 car rentals a year. I hold a loyalty card. Nothing on my end has changed. As of January 2026 Enterprise has changed A LOT! Making it impossible for someone with a loyalty card and usage/purchase history to rent a car...!?! I tried to reserve online as I always do however my normal pick up/drop off times were not working. For context I usally drop off as late as possible on Sunday which used to be 11:30 pm. Sunday drop off as a whole is no longer available. OK fine I'll pay an extra day and drop off on Monday, fine. I call to make the reservation, since online still was not working even when selecting Monday within business hours. Annoying but Done. Friday Morning I call for pick up, they say they cant verify my address and want 3 specific peices of mail.. mind you I'm leaving in 1 hour........ their just telling me this 1 hour before I leave!? And what do you even mean you cant verify my address?!?! I dont have the mail they need so I ask what about mail from: MVA, M&T Bank, Bank of America, EZ Pass, Tax Papers, My Real ID... none of this is acceptable documentation to prove my address.. How their literally government agencies!? Then they say well to bypass it, we just need a Credit Card. We'll I guess im penalized for living within my means as I don't have a CC. So I was told Friday Morning were sorry, we cant help you.. cool. So none of this was thought to be done/mentioned when I scheduled the reservation? In addition there is always a $300 hold for any rental at Enterprise. I know about it since my 1st rental but Never once have they told me when scheduling. Only a surprise sneak in at pick up. Whoever im around when scheduling I always say "listen won't mention the $300" and they never do. Enterprise is Sneaky! GO TO STERLING CAR RENTAL NORTH POINT. CHEAPER, EASIER, KIND PEOPLE, GREAT CARS! I will never go back to enterprise again. Insanity!

  I was rented a dirty car that smells like cigarette smoke, a hole on the driver floor and has pet hair on the seats. When I asked if I could get a different vehicle, I was told No, that there are no more vehicles and that I would have to pay more per day to obtain a different vehicle.

  My requested classification of vehicle was delayed in transit from another location and the manager on duty offered a variety of solutions. In a very dynamic environment, I received a vehicle greater than my expectations with no unexpected charges.
