  Enterprise was able to accomodate me for a long term rental, and extend it further when I found I needed it for extra days. They worked with me when I needed to drop off the rental, driving me to the shop to pick up my personal vehicle. They were there everytime I had a small question, or needed help with vehicle questions. I would definitely use them again. The staff at the location on Merritt Blvd in Dundalk were all exceptional, and went above and beyond with their service.

  The Mazda CT-30 SUV we rented was great! Their service was excellent and the price was reasonable. We had a bubble in our tire that we hadn't noticed at pickup. I called the Enterprise we rented from and let them know. They gave me the number to the Enterprise near us in Columbus, Ohio and told us to tell them what was going on and they would take care of us. I called the store as directed and explained the situation. They told me to take the car to the Midas they deal with, so I did. After they got the approval from Enterprise, they changed the tire and we were on our way. Excellent service and we were taken care of very well. I will recommend Enterprise to anyone looking for a rental car. Top notch!!!!

  Let me preface this review by saying if I could give this Enterprise location 0 stars I would! They put me in a vehicle with an ACTIVE ROACH INFESTATION!! I dropped my personal vehicle off at a nearby body shop for repairs. Instead of ubering to the location I normally go to, I decided to go to this location to make drop off/pickup of my car/rental much more efficient. Upon checking in at this location I was asked if I needed a “luxury” vehicle as the insurance company made a reservation for one in the system (my actual vehicle is an Acura RDX). I told the clerk I did not need anything luxury just something comparable in size to my personal vehicle. She proceeds to inform me that they reserved a 2 door Mustang convertible for me because of the “luxury” reservation. I told her this would not work because I have small kids with car seats. Another gentleman then informs me that they have a Volkswagen Tiguan available and if I wanted they could clean it and swap that out with the mustang. I agreed. We did the walk around and everything looked normal. I drove to work as normal and proceeded to go grab some bananas from the store afterward. I put bananas in a paper grocery bag. While driving home I noticed something crawling on the floor of the passenger side. Once I parked the car I got out to inspect further and saw not one but TWO roaches crawling on the floor and on my paper grocery bag. I then moved the bag and noticed 3 more baby roaches crawling up the bag and on the side of the passenger seat. I then looked in the back seat and saw a baby roach crawling up the side panel of the rear passenger door. I am DISGUSTED that this Enterprise put me in a vehicle with an ACTIVE roach infestation!!!! Not only was this a huge inconvenience and a cause for severe emotional distress, the representative I was able to speak to at this location was extremely nonchalant about the situation!!!! I am contacting corporate as this is UNACCEPTABLE and should’ve NEVER happened!! This location took no time to thoroughly inspect or clean the car after the prior renter dropped the vehicle off. Shame on you!!!
